In response to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations, our company will temporarily suspend U.S.-bound shipments via K-Packet and EMS until internal measures are in place to comply with the new policy.
K-Packet: Shipments with payment completed by Thursday, August 21, 2025 (KST)
EMS: Shipments with payment completed by Friday, August 22, 2025, 16:00 (KST)
EMS_Premium: Service to the United States will remain available without interruption.
Accordingly, the K-Packet and EMS U.S. tariff options will be deactivated in the shipping system on the above dates. After these deadlines, new payments for K-Packet and EMS shipments to the U.S. will not be accepted, and both services will be temporarily suspended. Updates will be provided once the services are resumed.
In the meantime, we recommend using alternative carriers for U.S.-bound shipments.
