Due to recent changes in export regulations, the minimum requirement for formal customs clearance has been lowered from $2,500 to $800.
As a result, any package with a declared value over $800 will now require formal customs processing.
To ensure smooth delivery of these shipments, please ensure that the recipient’s full name and accurate contact information are provided when placing an order. Incomplete or incorrect details may lead to delays or issues with customs clearance.
Additionally, DHL shipping is unavailable for packages exceeding $800 in declared value. We kindly ask that you choose an alternative shipping method during checkout.
Delivered Korea will not be responsible for any delays, customs clearance failures, or returns resulting from non-compliance with these updated requirements.
