Cosmetics / Food
Most cosmetics and food items are restricted for Spain. We recommend avoiding purchases in these categories.
Perfume
Detailed product information is required (alcohol content, volume, number of bottles).
We recommend using Korea Post for perfume shipments.
Delays or additional charges may occur due to dangerous goods classification.
Safety or ingredient documents may be required for customs clearance.
For Mexico, shoes cannot be cleared through customs, regardless of the courier used.
Product Value Verification (Invoice Amount)
If the value per item is under USD 4, the courier may request a receipt to ensure smooth customs clearance.
If the actual purchase price differs from the invoice amount, the package may be held by customs or subjected to additional customs inspection.
Vitamins and Chinese tea products cannot be shipped.
For other food items (excluding meat, dairy, and fresh products), FedEx is recommended.
Required Information
Accurate Turkish ID / Tax ID (Vergi Kimlik No.) / Passport number (for foreign recipients), along with a reachable mobile phone number, must be provided.
Missing information will result in the shipment being placed on hold for customs clearance.
Additional Requirements for Shipments to Turkey Using Korea Post
A notarized power of attorney and a valid tax number may be required.
Without these documents, customs clearance will not proceed. The customer must agree to the possibility of return and additional charges.
