I want to delete my account.
  • You can delete your account by going to Profile (top right) > Account > Profile page, then selecting Delete Account.

  • If you have an active subscription, please contact us via chat support to request account deletion.

I forgot my password.

Click "Forgot Password?" at the bottom of the login page. Enter the email address associated with your account, and a password reset link will be sent to that email.

Can I share my account with others?

The number of users who can share an account varies depending on the subscription plan.

If the number of users exceeds the plan’s limit, access may be restricted.

User limit by subscription plan:

  • Personal: 1 user

  • Pro: 3 users

  • Team: 5 users

If more than 5 users need to share the same account, you may request an Enterprise Plan.

If you require the Enterprise Plan, please contact our sales team.

Can I sign up with a team or company name?
  • Yes, You can sign up for Dropshot Stock under a team or company name.

  • You may share the account with team members, but please note that only the designated licensee specified at the time of purchase may use the clips. Other individuals or teams are not permitted to use licensed content.

What if my company needs a team-wide plan?

For enterprise purchases, contact our support team. We offer custom benefits based on your team size and AI usage.

Can I change my account information?
  • Yes, you can edit your personal information anytime by going to your [Account Setting> Profile].

  • Please note that the registered email address cannot be changed. If you need to update your email, please contact our customer support.
