Credits

Credits are the units you use to create AI images or videos.Each subscription plan includes a set amount of credits that renew every month, and a certain number of credits are used for each generation task.

Yes. Subscription credits reset and renew each time your plan renews — unused credits will expire, and new credits will be added automatically.

Yes! You can easily add more credits anytime through the [Credits] page.

If you cancel your subscription, any subscription credits included in your plan will expire.However, purchased credits added through top-ups will remain available even after cancellation.

Credits are deducted when the generation is completed after you click the create button.If the generation fails due to an error, any deducted credits will be automatically refunded. :)

Unfortunately, credits used for completed generations can’t be refunded.However, if the generation fails due to a system error, credits will be automatically restored.

In general, video models use more credits than image models — and within videos, higher-resolution or longer clips require more credits.
