Sign in to the Dropshot AI app or website.
Tap your profile icon › Account › Profile.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.
※ Depending on your account status, you may see Contact Us instead of Delete Account. If so, tap it to request deletion via chat. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play must be canceled separately in the Google Play Store › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions, or you'll continue to be charged.
If you can't sign in or have already uninstalled the app, email contact@stock.dropshot.io from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account.
Your account information (name, email, country, etc.) and service usage records are deleted when you delete your account.
Behavioral data (login session IDs, device identifiers, etc.) is destroyed one month after it is collected.
Records of contracts or withdrawal of offers: 5 years
Records of payments and supply of goods: 5 years
Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
