For each clip (“Content”) purchased and downloaded by the licensee (“User”), Dropshot Stock grants the User a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual right to use the Content (“License”). Users may use the Content, in whole or in part, across all media and formats. Such use is permitted only within the scope of authorized use, and the continued right to use the Content is conditional upon the User’s full compliance with the Terms of Service and this License Policy.
The License represents a right to use and does not constitute ownership of the copyright or any other intellectual property rights in the Content. Purchasing Content grants the User the right to use it, but not ownership of the Content itself. Accordingly, the Content is protected by the copyright and intellectual property rights of Dropshot Stock (“Company”) or the original creator of the Content (“Rights Holder”).
Licenses are applied based on the end user, and therefore a distinction must be made between the purchaser and the licensee (“User”). Where a purchaser buys Content on behalf of a User, the purchaser represents and warrants the following:
The purchaser is authorized to act as an agent on behalf of the User and has the legal authority to bind the User under this Policy and the Terms of Service.
If the User later disputes the authority granted to the purchaser, the purchaser shall be held responsible for the User’s failure to comply with the terms of this Policy and the Terms of Service.

Licenses to Content are granted solely to the individual or entity registered as the licensee at the time of purchase and download. While a purchaser may obtain Content on behalf of another individual or entity (as described in 3. Distinction Between Purchaser and Licensee), a single License belongs to only one licensee. If more than one individual or entity wishes to use the Content, additional purchases must be made or inquiries should be directed to the sales team regarding multi-user license accounts.

However, Users must exercise due caution to ensure that such Content does not infringe third-party rights, including copyrights, portrait rights, trademarks, or publicity rights. Users shall bear sole responsibility in the event of related disputes.
The Company does not grant or otherwise warrant any rights with respect to specific names, people, trademarks, trade dress, logos, registered or unregistered works, or buildings depicted in Content. Users are solely responsible for taking appropriate steps, such as editing the Content or securing usage rights, for their intended use of Content. Except as otherwise provided in this Policy, the Company makes no further representations or warranties regarding Content or the granting of Licenses. Users are responsible for identifying any copyright-protected material within Content and taking appropriate action regarding its use.
