What’s the difference between each subscription plan?

Dropshot Stock offers Lite, Plus, Pro, and Team plans.Each plan differs in terms of AI credit allocation, stock access, license type, video quality, and number of team members.You can find all details on the Pricing page.

Do I need to take down videos that include clips after canceling my subscription?
  • No. Any clips used in your video projects during your active subscription period can be used permanently for that specific project.

  • You may keep the video published as long as it’s not being edited, modified, or reused in new content after cancellation.

  • However, once your subscription ends, you won’t be able to re-download clips from your download history, and previously downloaded clips cannot be used in new projects.

When will my subscription be billed?

Your subscription renews automatically every month, and the payment will be charged on the same date you first subscribed.If that date doesn’t exist in a given month, the payment will be processed on the last day of the month.

I want to change my payment card.

You can update your card information anytime by going to [Account > Subscription] after logging in.

Can I purchase individual clips while using a subscription plan?

Yes, absolutely. If you’re on a Personal or Pro plan and want to buy Extended License clips or use downloaded clips permanently for editing or redistribution, you can purchase them individually at any time.

Can I switch to a different subscription plan while using my current one?

If you’d like to upgrade your plan, please contact us via chat support.

If you want to downgrade, you’ll need to cancel your current plan first, then subscribe to a lower plan.Please note that once canceled, any clips downloaded under your current plan will be deactivated, and their licenses will expire.

Can I share my account with others?

The number of users who can share an account varies depending on the subscription plan.

If the number of users exceeds the plan’s limit, access may be restricted.

User limit by subscription plan:

  • Personal: 1 user

  • Pro: 3 users

  • Team: 5 users

If more than 5 users need to share the same account, you may request an Enterprise Plan.

What happens to my credits if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, any subscription credits included in your plan will expire.However, purchased credits added through top-ups will remain available even after cancellation.
