There are two ways to purchase clips on Dropshot Stock: single clip purchases and subscription plans.
Single Clip Purchase: This option allows you to purchase individual clips at a set price. Simply select the clip you want, complete the purchase, and download it immediately.
Subscription Plan: This option allows you to download a set number of clips per month at a lower cost per clip. For more information about subscription plans, please refer to our Pricing Page.
Yes, the prices listed on the Dropshot Stock site include VAT and all applicable taxes.
You can pay with a credit or debit card. If you need an alternative payment method or international payment options, please contact our customer support.
According to Dropshot Stock's License Policy, all purchased clips are only authorized for use in the final project specified for the licensee at the time of purchase. The licensee refers to the end user of the video project and can be listed as an individual, team, or company.
If you are purchasing a clip on behalf of a client, please enter the client's name as the licensee to ensure proper usage. If you wish to use a purchased clip for another licensee's project, you will need to repurchase the clip.
Note that the licensee's name cannot be changed after the purchase.
Yes. After payment, a receipt will automatically be sent to the email address associated with your account. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer support to request a reissue.
For subscription auto-payments, you can view and download receipts anytime in the payment information page.

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available once the content has been provided. However, if no clips have been downloaded, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
