Dropshot Stock offers three subscription plans: Personal, Pro, and Team, each with different download quality options and monthly download limits.
Personal: Allows downloads in HD quality only, with up to 10 downloads available per month.
Pro: Allows downloads in both HD and 4K quality, with up to 30 downloads available per month.
Team: Allows downloads in both HD and 4K quality, with up to 50 downloads available per month.

We are currently working on implementing an "Upgrade Subscription" feature directly on the site for your convenience. Thank you for your patience as we strive to provide better services.
Please note that plan changes are only available for upgrades to higher-tier plans. If you wish to switch to a lower-tier plan, you will need to cancel your current subscription and then subscribe to the lower-tier plan.
No, downloads provided through the subscription plan are only available for use during the current month’s subscription period. Any unused downloads do not roll over and will expire at the end of the period.
Subscription plans renew automatically on a monthly, with automatic billing on the same date as your original purchase. If the same date doesn’t exist in a particular month, the payment will be processed on the last day of that month.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account page. If you cancel, you will still have access to the service and your downloads until the next scheduled billing date.
If you cancel your subscription, future payments will stop starting from the next billing cycle, and your regular automatic payments will be discontinued.
No, the clips used during the subscription period can be used permanently for the video projects they were applied to, so even if you cancel your subscription, you can keep them published as long as you do not reuse them for editing or modification purposes.
Yes, if you reached the maximum download limit for your subscription or wish to purchase a single clip individually for any other reason, you can buy the clip at the set price directly from the clip detail page.
If you regularly need more clips than your current plan provides, consider upgrading to a higher plan. Please contact customer support if you would like to upgrade your subscription plan.
