Getting Started with ListeningMind.AI

From logging in to running your first agent - get started right away.

ListeningMind.AI2026-06-02

ListeningMind.AI uses Google account login. There's no separate sign-up form. With just one Google account, you can start right away.

When you log in for the first time, a simple terms-agreement screen appears. Once you complete the confirmation that you're 14 or older, the Terms of Service, and consent to the collection and use of personal information, your account is created. Don't worry—the information you enter at sign-up can be changed anytime later on My Page.

When you log in, the Trial plan is applied automatically. You can use 50 Rima free for 7 days. You can browse the agent list even without logging in, but running agents, saving results, and registering products are available only after logging in.

Before getting started in earnest, taking just one pass to grasp where to do what will make the rest of the flow much smoother. Each screen has its own role, so knowing each role as you use it keeps you from getting lost.

This is the home screen you see first when you log in. Whenever you create an ad or get a report, you always start here.

Agents are broadly divided into two areas. The ad-creation area has Search Ad, Ad Banner, and Ad Storyboard, and the marketing-report area has Customer-Type Analysis, New Trends, and Brand Perception Analysis agents. For any agent, clicking the card takes you straight to the setup screen.

For each agent, the Rima needed to run it is shown on the card. You can check it in advance before running, so you don't have to worry about unexpectedly losing a lot of Rima.

A space where you can see your registered products at a glance. Clicking a product card takes you to the product detail page, where you can check three things.

  • Product info : the basic info, images, and brand context you registered. You can edit it anytime.

  • Target segments : the list of segments you've created for this product. Once created, a segment is automatically loaded when you open the banner/storyboard agents. You don't have to re-analyze every time.

  • Run history : a record builds up of when and what results you created, by agent.

You can register multiple products. If the brands or lineups differ, we recommend registering each separately. When you run an agent and select which product to use, the results are created with that product's data.

Located in the sidebar. If you left in the middle of agent setup or closed the window, you don't have to start over from the beginning. You can continue from My Tasks.

Only tasks whose setup isn't complete show up here. Completed results move to My Results.

Click the profile at the bottom of the sidebar, and in the modal that appears, select My Account Info to go to My Page. There are three tabs.

  • My Info : you can edit account info like name and email.

  • Rima : you can see your current Rima balance and consumption history. On the Standard plan, you also top up here.

Rima is deducted each time you run an agent. Before you press the run button, a "-N Rima will be deducted" confirmation window appears first, so you don't have to worry about Rima slipping away by mistake.

At first, we recommend starting with the Search Ad agent (5 Rima). It's the lightest way to experience segments. Once you get a feel for what segments are, you can expand to the Ad Banner agent (10 Rima) and the Ad Storyboard agent (50 Rima).

Product registration is the common ingredient for all agents. Once registered, you pull up and use the same product info anywhere—search ads, banners, storyboards, reports. Five minutes is plenty.

Press My Assets → Register New Product. Pressing "Add New Product" during agent setup opens the same screen. A 3-step modal guides you in order.

These three—product name, category, target country—are the core. Segment, report, and ad quality all change from here.

Input

Why it matters

Product name (required)

Write the actual product name on sale, as is. It's fine if it includes the brand name. ✓ Neutrogena Intense Repair Hand Cream / ✗ Our company's hand cream

Brand name (required)

Write the name consumers actually call it. Not the corporate name or official English name, but the name they type in the search bar. ✓ Neutrogena / ✗ Johnson & Johnson Korea Ltd.

Category (required)

Write the words consumers actually search when looking for this product. The broader it is, the blurrier the segment. ✓ Hand cream / ✗ Cosmetics

If you paste the brand's official mall / own-mall URL and press Load, the form fills in automatically. Large platforms like Naver and Coupang are sometimes blocked, so in that case just enter it manually. Just getting into the habit of a quick visual check even after auto-fill is enough.

3-2 : Target & images

You can choose the target country and upload a product image. Korea, Japan, and U.S. search data differ, so match it to the market where you'll run the ads.

Images aren't required, but if you upload one, the AI references it when generating banners/storyboards. JPG, PNG, WEBP, and GIF formats, up to 5MB.

This step has the biggest effect. Registration works even if left blank, but the more you write—even a single line—the closer the results get to "our brand" rather than "any brand."

If your campaign direction changes later or you want to add information, you can edit it anytime in My Assets.

Where to check after registration Once registration is complete, a product card appears in My Assets. Clicking the card takes you into the product detail screen, where you can see the list of segments you've created and the run history by agent.

You can check and edit basic info like name and email. Your login method (Google) and account withdrawal are here too. Note that all data is deleted upon withdrawal.

  1. You can see your current Rima balance. It shows the combined total of your base Rima and additional recharged Rima.

  2. You can review your Rima earning and usage history.

Your base Rima is deducted first, and once it's fully used up, your recharged Rima is then used.

  3. You can view your purchase history.

If setup is all done, try starting in this order.

  1. Register a product — if you've already done it, straight to the next one

  2. Agent Place → run the Search Ad agent — at 5 Rima, it's the best way to experience segments for the first time.

  3. When segment cards appear, try picking one. That alone starts to reveal "what kind of person our customer is."

  4. Once you have a segment, you can go on to make banners, storyboards, and reports with the same product. You don't have to re-analyze each time—just pull up and use the saved segment.

What is Rima?

Rima is the credit used when running AI agents in ListeningMind.AI. A set amount of Rima is consumed for each task, such as image generation, copywriting, and search ad material creation. You can check your remaining Rima and usage history on My Page.
