Workflow FAQ
We've gathered the questions you had about the workflow!
Q. How do I move, zoom in, or zoom out on the screen?
You can move the screen by holding down the space bar, clicking the mouse, and then dragging, or by pressing the H key and moving the mouse. (Press the V key to return to the pointer mode.)
To zoom in or out, use the Ctrl key (or Command key on Mac) along with the + or - keys.
For more shortcuts, you can click the question mark button on the right side of the workflow screen.
Q. How do I delete a step? Can I also delete the connecting lines?
To delete a step, select the letter in front of the step name and then press the Backspace key. You can delete the connecting lines in the same way.
Q. How to quickly check the connected previous/next steps?
When you hover over the front or back of a connecting line, the names of the previous or next steps will appear. Clicking on the step name will move the screen to that step.
If you know the step name, you can search for it by clicking the step list at the bottom left and navigating to it.
You can also check the previous/next steps from the customer's perspective by turning on the preview at the top right corner and viewing the preview screen on the left.
Q. There’s an error in the step. How can I fix it?
If there’s an error, the step list will be highlighted in orange. Click on the step name that is highlighted in orange, and then hover over the exclamation mark next to the step name to see the specific error details.
Q. Is there an easier way to view the overall structure of the workflow?
You can view a simplified version of the entire structure by clicking on the three dots at the bottom left and selecting "Fold All Steps."
