Manage Articles

There are multiple publishing statuses and versions for an article. Let’s go over how you can manage them.

Managing Article Versions

  • You can check past revisions of an article.

  • Select a version from the version list on the right to preview it on the left.

  • The version list shows the time each revision was made.

  1. Filter the list by status (published, unpublished), topic, or author.

    Filters remain applied even if you leave the page and return later.

  2. You can search by article title or content.

You can quickly use your written articles during conversations. Search articles from Documents directly in the inbox and attach their links to the reply section for faster, easier support.

  • Open the search bar from the Document search tab using the magnifying glass icon or the shortcut (Ctrl+D or ⌘+D).

  • Recently searched articles appear first. (Search history is not shared across browsers or devices.)

  • Only published articles within the published website(Space) are searchable.

  • After searching, click an article to view its content in a popup window.

  • Click the [Copy Link] button in the search results to instantly attach a shortcut link to the [Reply] section.
