Manage Articles
Articles have multiple publication statuses and can have multiple versions. We'll show you how you can manage your articles.
Representative version: When selecting an article, the screen shows a representative version of the article.
Priority for displaying representative versions: "Public" status version > "Private" status latest version > "Draft" version
Change language: Show the language registered as the space language, with a dot to the right only if a version is available
Version name: Defaults to the date and time the version was created, but you can edit it.

Copy link: This will copy the article's website link when clicked.
Preview: You can preview the page on your website.'

Articles with a public status will show a "Make private" button, which, when selected, will immediately make the version private.
SEO: Set the SEO information for the currently selected version.
If you don't set SEO, use the information below.
OG title: Article title
OG description: subheading or part of the body copy
OG image: an automatically generated image
Duplicate: An article identical to the selected article is created based on the representative version.
Move location: Instantly move the selected article to the desired location.
Delete article: The article is permanently deleted and cannot be reverted.
Edit
If the article is public or private, you can't edit the content, but you can copy it to a new draft and edit it.
When you click the Edit button
If you have a draft: When you select the button, you can choose to continue editing the last draft you were working on or create a new draft.
If you don't have a draft: Automatically create a draft by copying the current representative version.
Publish: If the representative version is a private or draft article, you'll see a button.
You can see the selected version in the version list on the right and the preview on the left.
The version list on the right shows the author and creation time of the version.
Edit
Clicking Edit on a public/unpublish version will clone it into a new draft, allowing you to edit the cloned draft.
When you click Edit on a draft version, you can edit that version directly.
Change to public or unpublish: The status changes immediately upon selection.
Delete: This will delete the version.
You can delete a public version after changing its status to unpublish.
In the Blog view (coming soon), you'll be able to display articles by topic, and in the Category view (currently supported), you can use topics to organize and manage your articles.
When you add a topic to an article, it syncs to all versions.
You can add and delete them regardless of the article's publication status.
You can add up to 8 topics per article
The topic name and description can be up to 124 characters long.
You can see the number of views per article in the article list.
