Team Meet
Connect directly through voice or video Meets in chat rooms or via direct messages on Team Chat.Before using Meet, ensure that you've granted microphone and video permissions for the Channel Talk app and your browser. (→ Learn more about accessibility)
Click the [Meet] - [Meet Audio] button at the top of Team Chat to organize an audio meeting between managers. Additionally, you have the option to switch to a video conference by pressing the video button
Team Audio Meet / Team Video Meet can be utilized without an operator seat.
Click the [Meet] - [Meet Video] button at the top of Team Chat to organize a video meeting between managers.
You can create individualized links to your Meets. Create a link ahead of time and save it to your calendar, so you don't forget and can quickly join the meeting!
Meet Links are only supported within Team Chats. User chat Meet links will be added in the future.
Meet Box Link
This link is generated directly within the ongoing Meet window.
Each ongoing Meet has a unique link address.
You can share this link with teammates who are not currently in the Meet to invite them to join.
Chat Room Link
A unique link to a Meet within a Team Chat chat room.
The link address remains constant and does not change.
If the Meet is in a chat room you're not already part of, you'll automatically join the chat room upon joining the Meet.
The link thumbnail varies depending on the type of chat room:
Public group rooms: The name of the group room.
Private groups, direct messages: The channel name.
Meet Box Link
You can generate a link by clicking the [...] button → [Copy Meet link].
Chat Room Link
You can create a link by clicking on [Meet → Copy Meet link] or [Copy link → Copy Meet link].
Upgrade to the latest version of the Channel Talk mobile app to access Meet in your mobile device seamlessly.
To access through Channel Talk app, simply click [Open in Browser]. If you haven't downloaded the app yet, you can also access it directly through your browser.
Then Log in
If the Meet is currently ongoing, you can click "Join" to participate. If the meeting has already concluded, a popup stating "This Meet has already ended" will appear.
