App Store

This is a store where you can install apps with various add-ons that you can use in Channel Talk.

You can develop and release your own apps through the app store to manage your channel. Additionally, you can download and utilize apps created by others.

Let us guide you through some key terms:

These features will first be released in Korea and will be rolled out to other regions in a phased rollout.

Apps enable Channel Talk to integrate with external services, allowing them to send, receive, and utilize data.

Commands allow you to execute specific features of your app by typing a forward slash (/) followed by the command.

You will have the ability to execute commands such as:

  • Estimated Shipping DAte

  • Order History

  • Cancel Order

For example, when a customer uses the cancel order command (/cancelorder) in the chat, the app's built-in cancel order feature will be activated.

How-To

  • If you're using the AI agent, ALF, it will recommend commands based on the customer's inquiry.

  • Customers can also enter commands themselves, such as "/Cancel order".

Examples

Beyond eCommerce, commands can be developed and used in a variety of industries, depending on your needs.

  • Airline: Booking details and change flight

  • Hospitality : Room service order and payments

  • Rental Cars : Car booking and payments

This is where you can register, browse, and install apps. You can develop your own apps for your channel and use it as a private app.

Later, you can make your app public to share with others, as well as install and use apps uploaded by others. When you submit an app for public status, it will be reviewed by Channel Talk and must pass the review before becoming available to others. Details about the transition to public status and review requirements will be announced later.
