Free changes or cancellations are available until 3 PM (Korea Standard Time, KST) one day before your scheduled service date.
Changes or cancellations can be made via our website.
After 3 PM one day before the service date, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted, as your pickup and delivery slots will already be reserved.
If your travel is affected by unforeseen circumstances such as:
Flight delays or cancellations
Natural disasters
Other events beyond your control
We will provide a full refund or free rescheduling upon verification of the relevant documents (e.g., airline notice or proof of delay).
Please note that this service is only available for accommodations where you are actually staying (hotel or Airbnb).If luggage is requested for pickup or delivery to a location where you are not staying, the booking will be canceled without refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
