Kfriday Luggless delivers your suitcases safely between airports and accommodations (hotels or Airbnbs) across Korea โ€” so you can enjoy your trip, hands-free.

Book easily on our website, and our live chat team keeps you informed every step of the way for a reliable, secure, and convenient experience.

We provide same-day luggage delivery between:

  • Accommodation (Hotel, Airbnb) โ†’ Airport

  • Airport โ†’ Accommodation (Hotel, Airbnb)

You can drop off or pick up your luggage directly with our agent, or leave it at your hotel front desk.

  • Booking deadline: by 3 PM Korea Standard Time (KST) one day before your service date

    • Free change / cancellation: until 3 PM one day before via our website

    • After 3 PM: no changes or refunds

    • Force majeure (flight delays, natural disasters etc.): free change or cancellation possible

  • Service available only for accommodations where you are actually staying.

  1. Send luggage photos via chat or upload them on our website (for identification and insurance).

  2. Drop-off at the hotel counter; or hand-over your luggage to our agent.

  3. Travel luggage-less while we handle the rest.

  4. Receive updates and delivery confirmation by the evening.

Delivery time:

  • To Airport: before 5 PM same day

  • To Accommodation: before 8 PM same day

  • Oversize/overweight fee: $19 per item

  • Prohibited items: anything restricted by airport customs (see list link)

  • Please lock your bags. We are not liable for unlocked valuables. Keep passports and travel documents with you.

  • Each piece is insured up to USD 500 for total loss or significant damages.

  • We are not liable for minor scratches, dents, and stains on the exterior (including handles and wheels) incurred during transport.

  • No coverage for contents inside the luggage โ€” please avoid packing fragile or valuable items.

  • If delivery is delayed beyond our control limit, we cover international shipping cost via FedEx or UPS.
