**This is a house.
We clean every day, but if you don't clean up the common area immediately after using it, or if you don't follow the rules, our cleaners will suffer. Please always clean up the mess you passed for the sake of the hardworking cleaners and other tenants
▷ Room : Optional items are dryers and hangers
You can check how to change the password by opening the door lock lid
You can charge for any lost items. Please take good care of them so that they don't get lost.Also, if you throw away more than 10 liters of garbage, electronics, clothes, bags, etc. in the room, a fine of 20,000 won to 100,000 won may be imposed, so please clean up at least when you check out
The air conditioner has a pump, never unplug the pump power cord.If the pump is not working, the water generated by the air conditioner cannot be discharged out and will fall down.
▷ How to Dispose of Garbage : Throw general waste into the big trash can on each floor. Please throw the wastes away in the separate recycling bin on each floor. When you separate and collect, make sure to dispose of the food or leftover beverages.
And there are some foods that are classified as general waste. Wrap them in plastic bags, seal them, and throw them into the general trash can. For food, please throw them into the food waste bin in the sink on each floor.
**Make sure to throw the box away at the garbage dump next to the parking lot on the right side of the building.
▷ Shoe box : You can keep the scattering in the place where the room number is written or put it on the shoe shelf at the entrance.
If you don't have your own number or have any other shoes, please tell the manager.
Keep your personal slippers in the black shoe rack at the entrance and make sure to take them with you when you check out. (When storing your personal slippers, please mark your name or identifiable.) If you leave your personal slippers outside, you should be careful because they may mix with public slippers and others may wear them.
Umbrellas are personal, so you should never touch them.
▷ The use of the kitchen : You can use a portable kitchen on each floor in the kitchen.
Kitchen hours: It's not too early to finish washing and cleaning by 23:00.
Clean up everything that comes out after washing the dishes.
▷ Dining Room : There is a lounge area on the second floor where you can eat.
▷ Washing Machine, Dryer : Washing machines are on the 2nd and 4th floors. Washing detergent and softener are available.
You can use pink laundry detergent and pigeon fabric softener.
▷ The use of public bathroomsPlease avoid very late at dawn. Please clean up your hair after using the bathroom.
▷ You cannot use the washing machine after 24:00 at night. (You cannot use the washing machine after 23:00 so that it does not work after 24:00.) If you break the rules of use, you will be fined 50,000 won.
▷ Please stay quiet in the accommodation after 23:00 p.m.
▷ The house is a 'no smoking' space.
▷ You can't bring any friends or acquaintances to the house.
▷ Delivery order time: You can write down the front of the black gate (the recipient's name, protective water) on the 2nd floor of Seocho-daero 1342nd floor, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
▷ Key Confirmations
There is a notice board at the entrance on the second floor. Please do not write down personal messages because it is a place to write notices. Please attach personal messages on the wall of the entrance or at the location where messages need to be attached. Please always check the notice.
House electricity tax. If the total gas cost is 1/n, you have to pay an additional cost as the utility bill exceeds 30,000 won.
Don't pull out the refrigerator cord in the room. If the power is turned off for a long time, it can cause a failure. If you turn off the power on purpose, it may cause a breakdown inside the cooler or refrigerator, so please be careful.
