Sun: 1:00 PM ~ 6:00 PM (Emergency consultation available until 11:00 PM / Please note that outside of regular working hours, responses may be delayed or answered the next day.)

If you expect a late check-in during the early morning hours, please inquire about the directions in advance. If you have trouble finding your way, please use a taxi or request our help beforehand, and we will do our best to guide you.
We do not respond to inquiries after consultation hours. We highly recommend completing your check-in before 11:00 PM. Please understand that it is difficult for us to provide assistance after this time.
