Deokseong Women's University is a share house located about a 10-minute walk from Deokseong Women's University. It is remodeled to be clean and pleasant, and you can use the public space in a spacious and pleasant way. From spacious rooms to cost-effective rooms! There are single rooms at various prices and double rooms that can be shared.

There are 16 rooms, 6 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a laundry room in a three-story detached house. The room has basic amenities such as a bed, a desk, and a closet. You don't need to take pictures of large luggage or furniture, but there are basic necessities for your school and work life, so you can feel free to come. Please check other amenities in the reservation window. The key to the room is in the room. The laundry room has a washer-dryer. Regulations and additional costs

  1. Outsider Visits:

  3. Reservation regulation:

    1. If the room you want is not available for reservation, you can move after living in another room

    2. At least one month in advance is recommended for the room reservation you want

The rules of living

  1. Noise Management:

    1. Please live quietly after 11 p.m

    2. If possible, please call me in the yard or on the veranda

  2. Use public space:

    1. Clean toilets and public spaces immediately after use

    2. Washing machines and dryers are not allowed to operate after 12 p.m.

  3. Disposal of garbage:

    1. Food waste bins: located on top of sink on each floor, close food tightly to drain

    2. Recycling: Please sort plastic, plastic, paper, etc. and throw them away

    3. You will be fined for neglecting garbage or violating regulations

      1. Recycling and general waste untreated: KRW 30,000 to KRW 50,000

      2. Food and other waste untreated: KRW 50,000 to KRW 100,000

      3. Other large wastes (clothes, carriers, etc): up to KRW 150,000

  4. Disposal of garbage before check-out: If you contact us in advance for a request for cleaning up trash, you can dispose of it at half the price

Single room joint fee of 60,000 won + basic public charge of 30,000 won (adjusted when checked out in case of excess)+100,000 won for an additional contract for one person

The price of the room is based on a six-month price basis. 

We will give you an additional 20,000 won per month and a discount of 20,000 won to 40,000 won per year. (Please contact us because the discount varies from room to room.)

In the case of a deposit, 100,000 won for a one-month contract, 300,000 won for two to three months, 1 month for four months, and 2 months for more than 6 months (ex basic monthly rent + 500,000 won for deposit if the management fee is 500,000 won), it is a two-month fee and up to 1 million won for more than 6 months.

Cleaning fees are extra when you check out.

**If you sign a contract based on the start of the semester, you can only sign a contract for more than 6 months
