First, explore our branches to find a room that fits your lifestyle.
Location: Check which branch is closest to your school or workplace.
Schedule: Verify if there is an available room for your intended stay (Start date – End date).
Budget: Make sure the room fits your budget (Deposit/Monthly rent).
Everyspace Tip!
Branches near universities (Ewha, Sookmyung, Sungshin, etc.) usually have the most vacancies in February and August.
If your preferred room is unavailable, we highly recommend staying in another room within the same branch or a nearby branch first, and then moving to your dream room once it becomes vacant!
Contact our manager via the official consultation channel (Channel Talk) and provide your requirements (preferred branch, move-in/out dates, budget, etc.).
The manager will check the real-time availability for you.
(※ Please note that final confirmation from the manager is required, as current residents may request to extend their stay at the last minute.)
If you’ve found a room you like, come and see it in person!
Vacant Rooms: Same-day self-tours are available for empty rooms. (A copy of your ID must be submitted in advance for safety and security purposes.)
Occupied Rooms: Since we need to ask for the current resident’s permission, you must book your tour at least one day in advance.
Once you’ve decided on a room, we proceed with a quick and easy non-face-to-face contract.
We will send you a link to the electronic contract (via Glosign) through KakaoTalk or email.
Review the terms carefully and sign conveniently on your smartphone.
For deposits of 1 million KRW or more, the contract is finalized only after the contract deposit is paid to hold the room.
Final Payment: On your move-in day, please pay the remaining deposit and the first month’s rent before checking in.
Receive Check-in Info: Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a 'Check-in Guide' containing the door lock code and Wi-Fi information. You can then proceed with self-check-in at your convenience.
Notice: If you check in late at night or early in the morning (after business hours end at 6:00-7:00 PM), it may be difficult for the manager to provide immediate assistance if issues arise. We strongly recommend checking in during business hours.
The manager will provide a 'Move-in Manual' before or after you check in. It contains essential information such as how to use common areas, waste disposal rules, and Wi-Fi tips. Please read it carefully!
If you have any questions or need maintenance during your stay, feel free to leave a message on our official Channel Talk. We are here to help!
