"Hansung and Sungkyunkwan University is a co-living house with a total floor area of more than 200 pyeong, located 13 minutes walk from Exit 6 of Hansung University Station on Line 4. Although the house is located on a highland level due to its regional characteristics, it offers a safer place to return home than other houses with a shuttle bus service. And in the basement of the villa, it will operate a 47 pyeong cafeteria. It is a place for friends to be invited, and we would like to offer a hideout for tenants and tenant friends so that they can study until dawn, watch movies, and have snacks."
"Hansung and Sungkyunkwan University stores are comprised of nine rooms on three floors: Building A, Building B, and Building C. Building A and Building B have the same entrance and exit, and Building C is accessible through a separate entrance. The cafeteria in the basement is open to all residents, and the space is open to outsiders.If you stay for a long time for more than a month, you will be charged more than 30,000 won per month, so please keep the air conditioner and heating at an appropriate temperature. Please be aware that ventilation may cause condensation due to moisture in the room during winter. If the house is damaged, you may be charged. It is a good idea to take a picture right away when you move in. Items provided are Internet, kitchen detergent, hand wash, laundry detergent, garbage bag, tissue, cctv, regular monthly consumption, and cleaning supplies. Public spaces are cleaned once a week.

Location and structure
The Hansung University and Sungkyunkwan University stores consist of Building A, Building B, and Building C, and each building has a total of nine rooms with three floors.
Building A and Building B use the common entrance, and Building C uses separate entrances.

Front of the house: The front of the house is a dead end, so you can park in a row (but if you don't have to go far outside after parking, you have to change the location to a location that you don't have a problem with.)

Rooftops and lounges are spaces where you can relax and have no restrictions. If there is no excessive noise or problematic behavior, outsiders can be invited and used freely

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: 5 p.m. (Early check-in is possible depending on when cleaning is completed)

If you arrive before check-in, your luggage can be stored in the sharehouse living room.
If cleaning is delayed, you can wait in the lounge or empty room, and the manager will guide you on site.

The rules of living
Noise Management:
Live quietly after 11 p.m.
Call in the stairwell if possible.
Use public space:
Clean toilets and public spaces immediately after use.
Washing machines and dryers are not allowed to operate after 12 p.m.
Disposal of garbage:
Food waste bins: located on top of sink on each floor, food is tightly closed to drain.
Separate collection: Plastic, plastic, paper, etc. should be sorted and discarded.
Penalties for neglecting garbage or violating regulations:
Recycling and general waste untreated: 30,000 won to 50,000 won.
Food and other garbage untreated: 50,000 won to 100,000 won.
Other large wastes (clothes, carriers, etc): up to 150,000 won.
Dispose of garbage before check-out:
If you contact us in advance when requesting garbage disposal, you can dispose of it at half the price.
