Beverages (8 cans provided per month): A refreshing can after work! Feel free to take a canned drink from the refrigerator. (You already get your money's worth just with this!)
Hangang Ramen / Cup Noodles (10 per month): The best late-night snack when you're hungry! Choose from the various types of ramen provided. If you eat during the manager's working hours, they will add an egg and chopped green onions for you.
Premium Coffee (Unlimited Coffee): Americano & Espresso provided at all times! When the manager is on-site, they will also make a 'Cafe Latte' for you.
Snack & Cereal Bar: Cereal for breakfast substitute (please prepare your own milk) and snacks, cookies, & tea bags ready for when you need a sugar boost! (Equivalent to 5,000 KRW per person per month)

No Take-out (Most Important): Provided food can ONLY be consumed [inside the lounge]. You must never take it to your room! (If caught, membership will be immediately terminated with no refunds)
For Personal Use Only: Strictly prohibited to share with outside friends or other residents without a membership!
Self-Check & Clean Up: When having a drink/ramen, you MUST mark your room number on the [Board] in front of the refrigerator! (We trust your conscience) Please clean up your spot after eating for the next person.
Immediate service may be difficult due to Daily Table or same-day cleaning tasks. In that case, please contact the manager to inquire (Manager in charge: 010-8816-3257). This manager is only in charge of the Home Bar, Daily Table, pick-up service, and cleaning. For any other issues, please contact us via Channel Talk.
2. Conscience-driven Unmanned Convenience Store, [Every Mart] & Costco Grocery Shopping! It's an unmanned snack bar where you can easily pay for single items and enjoy them anytime, even if you are not a membership user. (CCTV recording in progress)
[Special Benefit] Costco Shopping Proxy Service! The snacks at Every Mart are directly sourced by the manager from Costco with high-quality products. The manager will post a notice in the group chat before going shopping, so if you personally need any Costco bulk daily necessities or bakery items, please apply anytime! The manager will buy them for you without needing a membership card (Planned about once a month).

[Summer Essential] Pleasant Ice Maker Etiquette 1. Using the Dedicated Scoop is Mandatory For hygiene reasons, never scoop ice directly with your hands or a used cup! Please be sure to use the provided dedicated scoop, and hang it back in its place after use. 2. If you fill a large personal tumbler or thermos with a large amount of ice, the next person will not be able to drink coffee. 3. Close the Lid Tightly All the Way!
