▷ Shoe box : Keep your shoes in the place with the room number written on it and put them on the shoe rack at the entrance. (The shoes rack are located at the front door and the middle door.) If you don't have your own number or have any other shoes, please tell the manager.
The stairs between the front door and the middle door are not places to wear shoes. Please come in the front door, take them off, and come up the stairs.
▷ Room : The optional items are a dryer, a hanger, and 4 towels. Please wash the towels yourself after using them.
When you move in, please take a picture of the room first and keep it.
Before you check out, please keep the main items (air conditioner remote control, keys, etc.) on the dressing table.
And please take a picture and send it to me so that I can check that there are no damaged items.
▷ You cannot use the washing machine after 24:00 at night. (You cannot use the washing machine after 23:00 so that it does not work after 24:00.) If you break the rules of use, you will be fined 50,000 won.
▷ When ordering parcel: Please write down the front door of the 1st floor of 37-12 A-dong, Seongbuk-ro 8 Da-gil, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul. You must write your front door password on the memo.
*For those who live for more than 28 nights, house electricity tax. If the total gas cost is 1/n, the utility bill exceeds 30,000 won, so you have to pay an additional fee.
