How to Watch TV on the Olleh TV Set-Top Box

1. Turning on the Power

  • Please turn on both the TV and the set-top box.

  • Use the TV remote to change the HDMI input to the port connected to the set-top box (e.g., HDMI1, HDMI2).

2. Checking the Set-Top Box Remote

  • Please use the KT Olleh TV remote (it is different from the TV remote).

  • Press the "TV" or "Home" button on the remote to access the main screen.

3. Watching Channels

  • You can enter the channel number directly or use the "Channel ▲▼" buttons on the remote to browse channels.

  • You can also use the "Replay TV", "VOD", "Movie", or "Broadcast" buttons on the remote.

4. Checking the Internet Connection

  • Because it is an IPTV system, it must be connected to KT Internet for channels to work properly.

  • If the internet is disconnected, an error message such as "Cannot load channels" may appear.

When Olleh TV is newly installed or input switching doesn't work

  1. Press the Input or SOURCE button on the TV remote.

  2. Select the HDMI port where the set-top box is connected.

  3. Check for the Olleh TV boot screen or home screen.

Note

  • If the remote is unresponsive: Replace the batteries / You can use the Olleh TV remote app (for smartphones).

  • If the set-top box takes a long time: It may be booting up, so please wait 1-2 minutes.
