It is a 3-minute walk from Samyang Station. It is on the 2nd floor. It consists of 2 rooms and 1 bathroom + living room and kitchen. There is a door from the inside of the house to the 1st floor, but it can only be used when you make a reservation for the entire house. It has two front doors and is a separate house that enters and exits through different front doors when making a reservation on each floor.The door to the second floor is locked if we don't open it separatelyYou can't enter each other and recognize it as a wall.

All home appliances, such as washing machines and dryers, are freely available.However, the cleaner who visits to clean the first floor may visit after asking for your understanding in advance and asking for permission to pick up the dryer or cleaning tools for a while. Contracts and Benefits

  • You can sign a long-term contract for more than a year, and you can also report a move-in.

It is a house operated as a house, and the manager resides and does not manage it separately, and the space used by the individual must be cleaned by the individual.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: 5 p.m. (Early check-in is possible depending on when cleaning is completed)

  • Check out: 11 a.m.

  • If you arrive before check-in, your luggage can be stored in the sharehouse kitchen.

  • If cleaning is delayed, you can wait in the kitchen or an empty room, and the manager will guide you.

Facilities and services

Regulations and additional costs

  1. Outsider Visits:

    1. An additional 9,000 won per day is incurred when an outsider visits the accommodation

  2. Utilities:

    1. If you stay for more than one month, you will be charged in case of excess utility bills (Consent upon reservation)

  3. Reservation regulation:

    1. If the room you want is not available for reservation, you can move after living in another room

    2. At least one month in advance is recommended for the room reservation you want

The rules of living

  1. Noise Management:

    1. Please live quietly after 11 p.m.

    2. If possible, please call me in the yard or on the veranda

  2. Use public space:

    1. Clean toilets and public spaces immediately after use

    2. Washing machines and dryers are not allowed to operate after 12 p.m.

  3. Disposal of garbage:

    1. Food waste bins: located on top of sink on each floor, close food tightly to drain

    2. Recycling: Please sort plastic, plastic, paper, etc. and throw them away

    3. You will be fined for neglecting garbage or violating regulations

      1. Recycling and general waste untreated: KRW 30,000 to KRW 50,000

      2. Food and other waste untreated: KRW 50,000 to KRW 100,000

      3. Other large wastes (clothes, carriers, etc): up to KRW 150,000

  4. Disposal of garbage before check-out: If you contact us in advance for a request for cleaning up trash, you can dispose of it at half the price

The price of the room is based on a six-month price basis. We offer an additional 20,000 won per month and a discount of 20,000 won to 40,000 won per year. (Please contact us because the discount range varies from room to room.)

*In the case of the deposit, the monthly cost for a 1/2 month contract is KRW 10/2 million, and the monthly cost for 3-5 months,It's 1 million won for more than 6 months and 1.2 million won for more than 1 year.

Cleaning fees are extra when you check out.
