Location: Our house is located about 5 minutes away by bus from Onsu Station (Line 1, Line 7).
Property Type: A 4-story multi-family residence.
Move-In Date: Immediate move-in available.
Shared Utility Fee: KRW 60,000 (includes internet, water, security, water purifier, pest control, cleaning service (5-7 times a week), detergent, tissue, and garbage bags).
Utility Bills: Gas and electricity bills are separate. Basic utility fee: KRW 30,000.
Deposit: The deposit amount can be adjusted based on the duration of your stay. For a one-month stay, the deposit is KRW 100,000, and for longer stays, it can be adjusted up to the equivalent of two months’ fees.
Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee will be charged upon move-out, ranging from KRW 10,000 to KRW 50,000 depending on the contract period and room condition. The basic cleaning fee is KRW 20,000.

Additional Information
• Personal supplies should be prepared individually.
• Contract signing and resident registration are available.
Check-In/Check-Out Times
• Weekdays: Check-out by 4 PM, check-in after 7 PM.
• Weekends: Check-out by 1 PM, check-in after 5 PM.
• Luggage can be stored in the living room before check-in, and you may check in immediately once cleaning is complete. For early check-in, please contact us in advance.
Location & Reservation Information
• Address: 2nd floor, mint-colored door, Room 202 (dryer shared between Rooms 201 and 202).
• Room Transfers: If your preferred room is unavailable, you can stay in another room and move later.
• Reservation Recommendation: Book at least one month in advance for your desired room.

Accommodation Rules
• Visitors are subject to an additional fee of KRW 9,000 per day.
• A basic utility fee of KRW 30,000 applies, with extra charges for extended stays exceeding one month.
• Please place any laundry left in the washer/dryer into the provided baskets after use.
• Parking: Weekly parking costs KRW 5,000; monthly parking is KRW 50,000. Prior inquiry is required.
Cleaning & Services
• Basic cleaning service: Shared spaces are cleaned once a week (after 5 PM on weekdays, after 1 PM on weekends).
Amenities & Additional Information
• For bookings of two or more guests, floor mattresses and additional bedding are provided (2 towels per guest, with an extra 2 towels for each additional person)
Check-In and Check-Out Policy
• Check-In: After 6 PM
• Check-Out: By 1 PM
• For early check-in requests, you may check in anytime after the cleaning by the manager is completed (not available on weekdays).
• If you wish to drop off your luggage before check-in, you may store it temporarily in the delivery box or the storage area near the delivery box (CCTV monitored).
• The first floor of the building operates as a shared house, and if you arrive early, you may wait in the first-floor living room. Please contact the manager for the location and access code.
House Management Guidelines
1. Trash Disposal:
• Trash types: general waste, food waste, and recyclables.
• Please rinse any dirty recyclables before disposing of them and sort them properly. Dispose of all trash next to the delivery box.
2. Trash Bags:
• General trash bags are stored in the black cabinet.
• The food waste bin is located under the sink.
Key Rules (CCTV Monitoring in the Delivery Box Area)
1. Smoking: Smoking indoors or if cigarette smells are detected after check-out will result in a penalty of KRW 100,000.
2. Improper Trash Disposal:
• Failure to sort trash properly: KRW 30,000 penalty for indoor violations.
• Outdoor violations (improper disposal detected by the district office): KRW 120,000 penalty.
3. Deliveries: Use the delivery box for any packages or deliveries.
4. Noise: While rooms are private spaces, please be mindful of noise late at night as it may disturb other residents and lead to complaints about inter-room or inter-floor noise.

For a single room, utility bills and shared usage fee amount to KRW 90,000. (For a double room, the price listed is for single occupancy. If two people move in, an additional KRW 150,000 will be added to the base monthly rent. For double occupancy, the management fee and utility bills are KRW 60,000 per person.)
Room prices are based on a one-month stay. Discounts are offered for longer stays:
• 3 months: KRW 10,000 discount
• 6 months: KRW 20,000 discount
• 1 year: KRW 50,000 discount
A separate cleaning fee will be charged upon move-out.
