▷ Room : Optional items include a dryer, a hanger, and 2 towels. Please wash the towels after using them during your stay, and leave the towels in the room when you check-out

When you move in, please take a picture of the room first and keep it.
Before you check out, please keep the main items (air conditioner remote control, keys, etc.) on the dressing table.
And please take a picture and send it to me so that I can check that there are no damaged items
▷ How to Dispose of Garbage : The trash can is in the yard. Please throw regular trash into the red trash can.
(There are times when you don't properly throw your trash into the trash can and just throw it out of the bag, causing a mess. Always throw your trash properly in the bag.)
Recycling is divided into plastic, can and glass, plastic, and paper. Please throw them into the recycling bin suitable for each item.
When recycling, make sure to dispose of food or leftover drinks and throw them away. And there are some foods that are classified as general waste. Wrap them in plastic bags, seal them, and throw them away in the general trash can.
▷ The food waste crushing sink is equipped with a food processor.
Anything that is not hard solid food, which is classified as a regular straw such as bone, can be easily processed through a grinder.
However, please make sure to read and process the precautions before using it. If you put anything in the shredder, it may break down and everyone will be uncomfortable. Also, you may have to pay 100,000 won for the repair, so please be careful. (While filming CCTV)

▷ Shoe box : Please keep the scattered items in the place where the room number is written, and if you have a hat, you can put it on the shoe shelf at the entrance.
If you don't have your own number or have any other shoes, please tell the manager. The public slippers are in front of the full-body mirror.

▷ Dryer - If the filter replacement lights up, the filter must be replaced to be used
▷ The house is a 'no smoking' space.
▷ You can't bring any friends or acquaintances to the house.
▷ When ordering the delivery : Please write down the delivery box (the recipient's name is protective water) on 26 Hangang-daero 102-ga-gil, Hangang-daero, Seoul.
The mailbox password is 8015*.
The house is a non-smoking area. The fine is 30,000 won.
*For those who live for more than 28 nights, you have to pay an additional fee as the total cost of the house electricity tax is 1/n (the total cost of the gas) exceeds 30,000 won.For example, if the total cost of gas and electricity is 500,000 won and there are 10 people living (more than 10 days a month), the utility bill per person will be 50,000 won and 20,000 won will be paid excluding the basic fee of 30,000 won.
(If there is no such policy, the air conditioner is turned on too often when going out or leaving the room, so it's a set policy.)
A fine of 50,000 won to 100,000 won will be imposed for violating the recycling rules.
