  • Information on major facilitiesThe detergent is stored in the lower part of the sink. A refillable canister is located under the stairs.Food waste is kept in a small bin in the freezer.For the refrigerator, you can use the reserved room number for each tenant. If you have other items in the past, please let the manager know and we will let you know to empty the space.[Caution]

  • Please use all spaces cleanly.

  • Please follow precautions and operating hours when using the facility.

  • Public spaces are cleaned once a week.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: 5 p.m. (Early check-in is possible depending on when cleaning is completed)

  • Check out: 11 a.m.

  • If you arrive before check-in, your luggage can be stored in the sharehouse kitchen.

  • If cleaning is delayed, you can wait in the kitchen or an empty room, and the manager will guide you.

Facilities and services

  1. Cleaning and management: once a week cleaning public spaces (other than that, tenants must clean themselves)

  2. Supplies provided:

    1. Basic appliances and furniture provided in the accommodation

    2. Provision of cleaning equipment

Regulations and additional costs

  1. Outsider Visits:

    1. An additional 9,000 won per day is incurred when an outsider visits the accommodation

  2. Utilities:

    1. If you stay for more than one month, you will be charged in case of excess utility bills (Consent upon reservation)

  3. Reservation regulation:

    1. If the room you want is not available for reservation, you can move after living in another room

    2. At least one month in advance is recommended for the room reservation you want

The rules of living

  1. Noise Management:

    1. Please live quietly after 11 p.m

    2. If possible, please call me in the yard or on the veranda

  2. Use public space:

    1. Clean toilets and public spaces immediately after use

    2. Washing machines and dryers are not allowed to operate after 12 p.m

  3. Disposal of garbage:

    1. Food waste bins: located on top of sink on each floor, close food tightly to drain

    2. Recycling: Please sort plastic, plastic, paper, etc. and throw them away

    3. You will be fined for neglecting garbage or violating regulations

      1. Recycling and general waste untreated: KRW 30,000 to KRW 50,000

      2. Food and other waste untreated: KRW 50,000 to KRW 100,000

      3. Other large wastes (clothes, carriers, etc): up to KRW 150,000

  4. Disposal of garbage before check-out: If you contact us in advance for a request for cleaning up trash, you can dispose of it at half the price


Other Notes

  • Need mutual consideration due to high proportion of long-term residents

  • Waste disposal costs are set separately, so compliance with disposal regulations is required when leaving the room

Single room joint fee of 50,000 won + basic public charge of 30,000 won (adjusted when checked out in case of excess)The price of the room is based on six months.

There will be an additional 10,000 won for three months and 30,000 won for one month.If you sign a contract for more than a year, you will get a 20,000 won discount.

In the case of a deposit, 100,000 won for a one-month contract, 300,000 won for two to three months, 1 month for four months, and 2 months or more for six months or more (500,000 won for deposit if the basic monthly rent + management fee is 500,000 won)If it's more than 6 months, it's a two-month fee and up to 1 million won.
