House User's Manual
▷ Shoe box : Keep your shoes in the place with the room number written on it and put them on the shoe rack at the entrance if you have a hat. (The shoe box are located in the front door and the middle door.) If you don't have your own number or have any other shoes, please tell the manager.
The stairs are not places to wear shoes. Please come in the front door, take them off, and come up the stairs.
▷ Room : Optional items are a dryer, a hanger, and two towels.
When you move in, please take a picture of the room first and keep it.
Before you check out, please keep the main items (air conditioner remote control, keys, etc.) on the dressing table.
And please take a picture and send it to me so that I can check that there are no damaged items
★★ Lock the door automatically when you close the door after turning the handle lever in the room. Because the door key is not kept inside the house as security, the business trip fee will be between KRW 50,000 and KRW 100,000. Please be careful
▷ How to Dispose of Garbage : The regular trash can is in the kitchen.The recycling bin is outside the main gate.
(There are times when you don't properly throw your trash into the trash can and just throw it out of the bag, causing a mess. Always throw your trash properly in the bag.)
Separate collection is divided into plastic + vinyl, cans and glass, and paper. Please throw them into separate collection containers suitable for each item.
When recycling, make sure to dispose of food or leftover drinks and throw them away. And there are some foods that are classified as general waste. Wrap them in plastic bags, seal them, and throw them in the general trash can. Throw food in the food waste bags in the freezer.
* The garbage bags are in the sink drawer.
* Food waste bags are in the freezer. When throwing away food waste, discard the soup in the drain and only the food in the waste bag. Never throw away food waste in the drain.
▷ The use of the kitchen
Always clean up right after using the kitchen and throw away food waste right away so that there is no left on the sink.
If you can't clean it up right away, please let me know in the chat room.
Kitchen hours : It's not too early to finish the dishes and cleaning by 23:00.
Each sink has storage space for each lake. If there is anything else in that cell, please contact the manager and notify him that he or she will leave any items that are difficult to throw away when he or she leaves.
* Dish washing detergent refill products are located in the lower part of the sink.
▷ Washing machine, dryer : Laundry detergent and softener are in the sink. Use detergent when you fill your washing machine with more than 30ml. The detergent lid is prepared in a measuring cup, so you can check it. If you put more than that, it may bubble up and overflow with water.You cannot use the washing machine after 24:00 at night. (You cannot use the washing machine after 23:00 so that it does not work after 24:00.) If you break the rules of use, you will be fined 50,000 won.
▷ The use of public bathrooms
Please avoid the case of very late early in the morning.
★ After using it, make sure to remove the hair immediately and throw it in the trash.
★ After using the toilet, clean it with a toilet brush. Don't leave any signs of harming your eyes
Please never throw this stuff away in the toilet. It will make everyone uncomfortable when the toilet is clogged.
▷ Dryer, vacuum cleaner, etc.- Filter replacement may need to be done right away. The manager cannot go on a business trip to replace the filter, so the user who finds that it needs to be replaced for smooth use should replace it.
The house is a non-smoking area. (Fine 100,000 won)
You cannot bring friends or acquaintances to the house. (Fine 100,000 won)️
We clean regularly once a week. Other times, the house is managed by the residents themselves. Please be aware that it is closer to the dormitory than the accommodation.
