Regulations and additional costs

The rules of living

1. Noise Management:

   • Live quietly after 11 p.m.

   • Call in the stairwell if possible.

2. Use public space:• Clean toilets and public spaces immediately after use.• Washing machines and dryers are not allowed to operate after 12 p.m.

3. Disposal of garbage:• Food waste bins: located on top of sink on each floor, food is tightly closed to drain.• Separate collection: Plastic, plastic, paper, etc. should be sorted and discarded.• Penalties for neglecting garbage or violating regulations:• Recycling and general waste untreated: 30,000 won to 50,000 won.• Food and other garbage untreated: 50,000 won to 100,000 won.• Other large wastes (clothes, carriers, etc): up to 150,000 won.

4. Dispose of garbage before check-out:• If you contact us in advance when requesting garbage disposal, you can dispose of it at half the price.

      1. If you run out of pay-as-you-go bags, please ask the manager.

3. the use of the kitchen

4. Washing machines and dryers
