▷ Room : Optional items include a dryer, a hanger, and two towels (please wash them yourself and use them during your stay)
If you throw away more than 10 liters of trash, electronics, clothes, bags, etc. in the room, a fine of 20,000 won to 100,000 won may be imposed, so please clean up at least when you check out.
▷ How to Dispose of Garbage : Throw general waste into the big trash cans on each floor. Please throw the wastes away in the trash cans on each floor. When you separate and collect, make sure to dispose of the food or leftover drinks before throwing them away. And there are some foods that are classified as general waste. Wrap them in plastic bags, seal them, and throw them into the general trash cans. For food, throw them away in the trash cans in the sink
▷ Shoe box : You can keep the scattering in the place where the room number is written or put it on the shoe shelf at the entrance.
If you don't have your own number or have any other shoes, please tell the manager.
Keep your personal slippers in the black shoe rack at the entrance and make sure to take them with you when you check out. (When storing your personal slippers, please mark your name or identifiable.)
If you leave your personal slippers outside, you should be careful because they may mix with public slippers and others may wear them.
Umbrellas are personal, so you should never touch them.
▷ The use of the kitchen
Kitchen hours : It's not too early to finish washing and cleaning by 23:00.
Clean up everything that comes out after washing the dishes.
Please make sure to use your personal compartment only, and if your personal compartment is short, contact your manager. Make sure to clean all your refrigerator compartments when you check-out.
A fine of 40,000 won will be incurred if you leave the room without organizing your personal space.
(If you request us to dispose of food waste, it's 20,000 won.)
▷ Washing machine, dryer : Washing machine is located on veranda on 1st and 2nd floor. Washing detergent and softener are available. Please use pink laundry detergent and pigeon fabric softener.
There are two dryers when you go up the stairs to the second floor. Before using, open the water bottle drawer on the front of the dryer to make sure that the water bottle is not full. When it is full and just works, it can overflow and become a sea of water. Full water bottles should be emptied and operated.
Even when the filter is full of dust, it may not work, so in that case, you should remove the dust from the filter before using it.The washer has to stop working at 12 a.m. Those who live in nearby rooms can stop working if they are operating past 12. If you think drying is going to be done after 12 a.m., please collect the laundry at 12 a.m. and finish drying in the room or on the veranda.
▷ The use of public bathrooms
Please avoid very late at dawn. Please clean up your hair after using the bathroom.
In the case of toilets, please never throw away foreign substances in the toilet
Please keep personal items in the bathroom basket provided in the private room and do not store personal items in the bathroom
▷ You cannot use the washing machine after 24:00 at night. (You cannot use the washing machine after 23:00 so that it does not work after 24:00.) If you break the rules of use, you will be fined 50,000 won.
▷ Please stay quiet in the accommodation after 23:00 p.m.
▷ The house is a 'no smoking' space.
▷ You cannot bring friends or acquaintances to the house. If you invite, you can only move in in the form of an additional number of people.
▷ When ordering the parcel : Please write down the front of the blue gate of the Share House at 741-7, Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
▷ Key Confirmations
*For those who live for more than 28 nights, house electricity tax. If the total gas cost is 1/20, you have to pay an additional fee as the utility bill exceeds 30,000 won.
