▷ Room : The key is in the room. You'll be charged 50,000 won if you lose it, so please make sure you don't lose the key.
The air conditioner does not have a heating function. Heating is floor heating and can be controlled by the occupants themselves. Please be aware that additional costs may be incurred if the items provided are damaged.
▷ How to Dispose of Garbage : Throw general waste into the large trash cans on each floor. Please throw the wastes away in the trash cans on each floor. When you separate the wastes, make sure to dispose of the food or leftover drinks before throwing them away. Food waste containers are in the sink on each floor.
▷ Shoe box : You can keep your shoes in the place where the room number is written or put them on the shoe shelf at the entrance.
If you don't have your own number or have any other shoes, please tell the manager.
▷ The use of the kitchen
Kitchen hours : It's not too early to finish washing and cleaning by 23:00.
Clean up everything that comes out after washing the dishes.
Please keep the items in your room number compartment of the refrigerator and sink and make sure to take care of them when you check out. If you keep it in a place other than your own compartment, it can be regarded as an object of the check-out and discarded, so please keep it only in your own compartment.
▷ Washing Machine, Dryer : The washer is under the sink. It is prepared with laundry detergent and softener. If there is someone else's laundry in the washer and dryer, put it in the laundry basket and wash your own.
▷ The use of public bathrooms Please avoid very late at dawn. Please clean up your hair after using the bathroom.In the case of toilets, please never throw away foreign substances in the toilet.
▷ You cannot use the washing machine after 24:00 at night. (You cannot use the washing machine after 23:00 so that it does not work after 24:00.) You will be fined 50,000 won if you break the rules. The dryer can be used 24 hours a day.
▷ When you order delivery : Please write down the joint front door (the recipient's name, guardian) at 331-173 Bulgwang-dong. Please write down the joint front door number on the memo.
*For those who live for more than 28 nights, the house electricity tax. If the total gas cost is 1/n, the utility bill exceeds 30,000 won, so you have to pay an additional fee.
