SWOT analysis is a fundamental framework used to organize and understand a company’s current situation and market environment.

It classifies information from the following four perspectives:

  • Strengths: Areas where your company excels compared to competitors; assets or capabilities that provide a competitive edge

  • Weaknesses: Areas needing improvement or where your company is at a disadvantage

  • Opportunities: External trends or changes in the market that present potential for growth

  • Threats: Risks posed by competitors, regulatory changes, or other external factors

By clearly defining and organizing these elements, SWOT analysis serves as a foundation for developing future strategies and business direction. It’s widely used across industries and is easy to apply, even for beginners.

Traditionally, SWOT analysis requires internal stakeholders to gather, discuss, and share insights—making the process time-consuming and often subjective.

However, with this tool, SWOT analysis can be performed quickly and objectively by leveraging customer reviews and website content. Use it as a starting point for exploring new strategic ideas and business directions.

First, enter up to three URLs of key pages from your company’s website that you want to analyze.

Additionally, enter up to two URLs of external review pages, such as Google Maps or other customer review sites.

Once all information is entered, click the “Generate” button. Based on the provided inputs, the system will output a SWOT analysis along with specific action plans.
