Meeting minutes creation agent (document file)

Allows creation of meeting minutes from document files. Organizes the content according to your selected style, such as Verbatim-heavy or Summarized-heavy.

This feature utilizes AI to read various document files (meeting notes, transcription data, shared materials, etc.), deeply understand the scattered text information at a contextual level, and automatically organize it into clear, at-a-glance meeting minutes.

Depending on the style of your source document or your preference, you can finely adjust the output style—ranging from "Verbatim-heavy" (preserving the original wording as much as possible) to "Summarized-heavy" (condensing into compact points).

  • Basic Meeting Information: Attendees, main agenda items

  • Discussion Process: Flow of conversation, nuances of statements

  • Meeting Outcomes: Decisions made, TODOs/Next Actions, unresolved/confirmation items

  • Brushing Up Transcription Text

When you want to input long text generated by other transcription tools or automated speech recognition systems and convert it into clean, formal meeting minutes.

  • Consolidating and Refining Meeting Notes

When you want to merge rough, fragmented notes written by different members during a meeting into a single, cohesive document.

  • Reorganizing Past Materials or Long Documents

When you want to extract and reorganize only the key agendas, discussion processes, and TODOs from past meeting records or reports.

To ensure a smooth output process, please review the following limitations and specifications before proceeding.

・ Verbatim (100) / Summarized (0): Transcribes every single word of the conversation content without missing anything.

・ Verbatim (75) / Summarized (25): Slightly organizes the text while preserving the flow and nuances of statements.

・ Verbatim (50) / Summarized (50): Balances readability with the real-time atmosphere.

・ Verbatim (25) / Summarized (75): Organizes the content cleanly around key points as standard meeting minutes.

・ Verbatim (0) / Summarized (100): Extracts only decisions and conclusions in an extremely concise manner.

Post-execution Note:
