A "Clip" is a feature that allows you to temporarily save necessary parts of AI output results like a memo, or organize them for easy reuse later. While mitsumonoAI also accumulates past dialogue history, there may be instances where it takes time to find the necessary information from the history, or you may only want to utilize a part of the output result.
In such cases, the "Clip" feature enables you to efficiently save and manage only the essential information as a memo.
For example, you can save the SWOT analysis results generated by the "In-house SWOT Analysis Assistant" to a Clip, and then paste them into the "SWOT Analysis Results" field of the "Target List Creation Assistant" for utilization.
Click the "Clip" tab displayed on the right side of the tool's output result screen.
Select and copy all or part of the output results you wish to save.
Paste the copied content into the input field within the Clip window, and then click the "Add" button.
Saving the Entire Output to a Clip
It is also possible to save the entire output result to a Clip.
Please select "Save to Clip" from the icon directly below the output result.
Once the addition is complete, the saved text will be displayed in the Clip window.
A "Copy" button is displayed for each clip. Additionally, expanding a clip will reveal "Delete" and "Edit" buttons for that clip.
While added clips can be viewed in the Clip window, more detailed organization and management can be performed in "My Clip List."
By creating folders, you can select the clip's save destination from a pull-down menu, making management easier.
From "My Clip List," you can also view, copy, and delete individual clips.
Furthermore, it is possible to change the destination folder for saved clips.
