I was first introduced to AI chat platforms around late September after watching an advertisement for an AI chat site. The site I initially joined had strict censorship, making it impossible for someone like me—who enjoys spicier content—to fully enjoy the experience. So, I began searching for a censorship-free platform, which eventually led me to Caveduck.
My introduction to AI characters began with dream_core's 'Ivan' and 'Rohan', as well as sana's 'Dogeon'. You can probably sense my consistent taste here. In September, I embarked on creating my own characters, but my focus shifted to another platform, leaving my activity on Cave Duck somewhat limited. However, after receiving significant support on the other site and building a connection with sana, a fellow creator on Cave Duck, I felt inspired to return and establish a proper presence on the platform.
I dedicated several weeks to adapting my characters to fit Cave Duck’s ecosystem, fine-tuning the details, and even developing concepts specifically tailored for the platform. To my surprise and delight, my follower count surpassed 100! (Cue applause!)
Admittedly, the transition wasn't without its challenges. Unlike the previous platform where interactions grew quickly, the slower, steadier pace of conversations on Cave Duck left me feeling a bit anxious. The lack of direct feedback from users made me wonder if I was on the right track. But watching the gradual increase in conversation counts, followers, and likes reassured me that I was heading in the right direction.
To commemorate this milestone, I decided to renew the very first character I created—Eugene! The updated version includes more detailed settings and refinements, so I hope you enjoy every moment of being at the mercy of this professor!
Thank you so much for loving and supporting my characters. Despite the pressure I felt during the creation process, I’m now uploading this with a lighter heart. I’ll continue striving to create even more enjoyable characters in the future!
