팬딩은 팬들의 따뜻한 지지를 바탕으로 크리에이터가 마음껏 창작 활동을 펼칠 수 있는 공간이 되고자 노력합니다. 그러기 위해서는 모든 회원을 든든하게 보호하며 서로 신뢰하고 존중하는 커뮤니티를 만들어야 할 사명이 있습니다. 따라서 팬딩은 아래 가이드라인을 통해 모두에게 더 안전하고 즐거운 팬 커뮤니티를 유지하고자 합니다.
1. 본인 또는 타인의 개인정보를 절대로 공개하지 마십시오.
팬딩은 적법한 절차에 의해 수집된 회원의 개인정보를 보호하고 있습니다. 다만, 간혹 이용자가 직접 본인 또는 타인의 개인정보를 노출하는 사례가 있습니다. 온라인 플랫폼은 서비스 특성 상 누구나 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 공개적인 공간입니다. 따라서 악의적인 이용자에 의해 각종 범죄에 악용되기 쉬우니, 서비스 내에서는 어떠한 개인정보도 절대 노출하지 마세요.
모두가 볼 수 있는 포스트·댓글 등에 이메일 주소, 휴대전화 번호, 계좌 번호, 집 주소 등의 개인정보를 텍스트 또는 첨부 파일로 등록하는 행위는 엄격히 금지합니다. 각종 사이버 범죄에 악용될 수 있으며 사고 발생 시 민·형사 상 책임을 지는 등 피해를 입을 수 있습니다.
누군가가 허락 없이 내 개인정보를 게시했다면, 즉시 팬딩 고객센터로 신고해 주세요.
당사자의 동의를 받았더라도 민감한 개인정보는 함부로 수집하면 안 됩니다. 온라인 플랫폼에서 댓글·메시지 등을 이용하여 타인의 개인정보를 수집하는 경우 해당 이용자는 개인정보보호법 상 '개인정보처리자'에 해당합니다. 따라서 개인정보 유출, 부정 사용 등 중대한 침해가 예상될 경우 서비스 이용 약관에 따라 해당 정보가 사전 통지 없이 삭제되는 등 서비스 이용에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.
멤버십 운영, 수요 조사, 리워드 지급 등의 사유로 팬딩에서 타인의 개인정보를 처리하게 되는 경우 관계 법령을 꼼꼼하게 확인하셔서 불미스러운 일이 발생하지 않도록 유의해주세요.
불가피하게 타인에게 동의를 구해 개인정보를 수집할 때 취할 수 있는 최소한의 조치를 안내 드립니다. 자세한 사항은 개인정보보호법 등 관계 법령을 꼭 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.
주민등록번호, 신분증 등 민감한 정보는 절대 수집하지 않고 필요한 정보만 수집할 것
수집하는 항목, 수집하는 목적, 이용 기간 등을 사전에 명확하게 밝힐 것
개인정보를 수집할 때에는 반드시 명시적으로 동의를 받고 공개 댓글이 아닌 메시지 등을 활용할 것
고지한 이용 기간이 지난 경우와 수집 목적이 모두 달성된 경우 즉시 해당 정보(댓글·메시지·파일 등)를 삭제할 것
2. 반드시 본인 명의의 계정을 사용하십시오.
다른 사람의 명의를 도용하여 본인 인증하는 것은 중대한 범죄입니다. 타인의 명의를 도용하여 본인 인증 등을 하면 주민등록법 제37조, 형법 제314조 및 제236조 등 관계 법령에 의해 처벌 받을 수 있습니다. 타인 명의 도용이 의심되는 계정에 대하여서는 내부 기준에 따라 본인 여부 재확인, 본인 인증 취소, 서비스 영구 이용 정지 등의 단계별 조치를 취하고 있습니다.
명의 도용으로 의심되는 계정을 발견하실 경우, 아래의 내용을 팬딩 고객센터로 신고해 주세요.
도용 의심 계정을 확인할 수 있는 정보(해당 이용자의 채널 주소 등)
도용이 의심되는 사유 및 증빙 자료(이미지 캡처 등)
팬딩은 수사 기관이 아니므로 명의 도용 문제를 직접적으로 해결할 수 없습니다. 또한 개인정보보호법 및 당사 개인정보처리방침에 따라 회원의 개인정보를 임의로 제공할 수 없습니다. 단, 수사기관 등이 법률의 규정에 따른 적법한 절차로 정보 제공을 요구하는 경우에 한해 정보를 제공합니다. 도용자 신원 확인 또는 처벌 등을 원하시는 경우 가까운 수사 기관을 찾아 수사 협조를 의뢰하실 것을 안내 드립니다.

비밀번호를 주기적으로 변경합니다.
비밀번호 등 개인정보를 타인과 공유하지 않습니다.
개방된 환경에서는 개인정보 작성 및 사용에 주의하고 이용 후 꼭 삭제 및 로그아웃합니다.
명의 도용 확인 서비스를 이용합니다.
계정 거래에 해당하는 모든 행위를 금지합니다. 특히 본인 인증 절차를 거쳐 성인으로 확인된 계정을 성인으로 확인되지 않은 자에게 제공하는 것은 청소년보호법 제16조 및 정보통신망법 제42조2항 등 관계 법령을 중대하게 위반하는 행위입니다. 따라서 팬딩은 접속 정보를 통해 거래 정황이 의심되는 계정을 모니터링하고 있으며, 형법 제314조, 전자금융거래법 제6조 3항에 따라 판매자는 물론 구매자·대여자에게도 형사 고발 및 민사 상 손해배상 청구 등 단호하게 대처할 예정입니다.
계정 공유 또한 계정 거래 행위에 포함됩니다. 계정 공유란 1개의 아이디로 여러 명이 콘텐츠의 접근 권한을 공유하는 행위를 말합니다. 팬딩은 계정을 사고 파는 '거래' 행위 뿐만 아니라, 나누어 쓰는 '공유' 행위 또한 금지하고 있습니다. 동시 접속에 대한 기록이 내부 시스템을 통해 자동으로 누적되며, 동시 접속 기록이 4회 이상 확인되는 경우 사전 안내 없이 아이디가 차단될 수 있습니다.
하나의 팬딩 계정 당 영상 재생이 가능한 기기 수, 즉 기기 등록 수를 2대로 제한합니다.
휴대폰 변경 등의 사유로 인해 등록 기기 변경을 희망하시는 경우, 팬딩 고객센터를 통해 문의하시면 연 1회에 한하여 도와드리고 있습니다.
등록하실 첫 2대의 기기는 로그인과 동시에 자동 등록됩니다.
계정 관리 소홀과 부정 사용에 의해 발생하는 법적 처벌 또는 금전적 피해에 대한 모든 책임은 전적으로 당사자에게 있습니다.
3. 타인의 권리를 침해하지 마십시오.
팬딩은 더 많은 이용자가 당사 서비스를 통해 즐거운 창작 활동 및 팬 커뮤니티 활동을 이어나가길 기대하며, 표현의 자유를 존중하고 지지합니다. 다만 플랫폼 내 서비스(포스트, 댓글, 메시지 등)를 통한 개인의 발언이 타인의 명예를 훼손, 또는 초상권 및 사생활을 침해하는 경우 정보통신망법 제44조 및 서비스 이용 약관 제14조에 따라 조치 혹은 임시 조치합니다.
아래의 경우는 모두 타인의 권리를 침해하는 행위로 엄격하게 금지하고 있으며, 적발 즉시 그 정도에 따라 조치합니다.
사실 또는 허위 사실을 적시하여 타인의 명예를 훼손하는 행위
타인을 비하, 비방, 멸시하며 모욕하는 행위
타인의 이름, 신분, 사회적 지위, 인격 등에 피해를 끼치는 행위

주소, 개인 이메일 주소, 개인 전화번호, 은행 계좌 정보 등 타인의 개인정보를 유출하는 행위
기타 관계 법령을 위반할 소지가 있는 행위
본인 또는 타인의 권리를 침해하는 행위나 게시물 등을 발견할 경우, 즉시 팬딩 고객센터로 신고해 주세요.
팬딩은 크리에이터의 자유로운 창작 활동을 언제나 응원합니다. 다만, 이는 반드시 저작권을 포함한 타인의 모든 지적재산권을 침해하지 않는 범위 내여야만 합니다. 팬딩은 온라인 서비스 제공자로서 저작권법 제103조에 따라 타인의 저작권을 침해하는 저작물의 복제·전송을 즉시 중단시키고 권리주장자 및 복제·전송자에게 이를 통보해야 할 의무가 있습니다.
아래의 경우는 모두 저작권 침해 소지가 있다고 판단될 수 있으며, 적발 시 서비스 이용 약관 제14조와 제25조에 따라 조치 혹은 임시 조치될 수 있습니다.
저작물을 원저작자의 허락을 받지 않고 그대로 가져온 경우
원작과 원작자가 명백한 저작물의 일부 또는 전체를 무단으로 전재, 배포한 경우
소설, 만화, 영화, 방송, 음원 등의 파일을 불법 공유하거나 획득 방법을 공유한 경우
불법 복제·프로그램 설치 권유 및 판매에 대한 내용이 포함된 경우
저작권, 상표권, 의장권 등 타인의 권리를 무단으로 침해한 경우
본인 또는 타인의 저작권 및 지적 재산권을 침해하는 콘텐츠 등을 발견할 경우, 즉시 팬딩 고객센터로 신고해 주세요.
팬딩은 단순 콘텐츠 거래 중개 플랫폼으로서, 권리 침해 행위에 대한 위법성 및 그 조각 여부 등을 법률적으로 판단할 수 없습니다. 위 안내 드린 조치 혹은 임시 조치의 경우, 당사 서비스의 범위 내에서만 적용될 뿐이며 그밖에 개인이 요청하는 추가적인 조치(민·형사상의 법적 조치, 외부 플랫폼으로 유출된 콘텐츠에 대한 조치 등)에는 응답의 책임이나 의무가 없습니다. 이후 절차는 모두 당사자 간의 합의 또는 관련 수사·중재·사법 기관의 적법한 협조 요구 및 권고·판결에 따릅니다.
4. 상호 존중을 실천하여, 건전한 팬 커뮤니티 문화를 만들어 주십시오.
팬딩은 우리 플랫폼이 팬덤 문화를 즐기는 모든 서비스 이용자에게 재미있고, 안전하고, 따뜻한 공간이 되기를 희망합니다. 그리고 이를 위한 시스템을 갖추기 위해 언제나 노력 중입니다. 하지만, 회원 여러분의 협조와 도움 없이는 결코 완성할 수 없습니다.
따라서 크리에이터 회원 분들께 당부 드립니다.
창작 활동을 공유할 때에는 반드시 콘텐츠 정책을 준수해 주세요. 콘텐츠 정책은 안전하고 건전한 서비스의 운영 및 유지를 위해 꼭 지켜주셔야 하는 가장 기본적인 규정입니다. 팬딩은 크리에이터의 자유로운 창작 활동을 지지하지만, 이는 어디까지나 다른 이용자들에게 불편을 주지 않는 범위에 한합니다.
팬들의 관심과 지지에 최선을 다해 보답해 주세요. 서비스 이용 약관 상, 크리에이터는 결제를 통해 맺어진 계약을 응당 성실히 이행해 주셔야 하는 의무가 있습니다. 하지만 단순히 계약을 이행하고 콘텐츠를 제공하는 데에서 그치지 않고, 나를 향한 팬들의 사랑과 응원 그 자체에 감사한 마음을 가져보는 것은 어떨까요?
팬들의 다양한 의견을 열린 마음으로 수용해 주세요. 비록 애정에서 비롯되었다는 점에서 특수한 성격을 지니긴 했지만, 팬들은 엄연한 소비자입니다. 소비자로서 불만족스러운 서비스 또는 상품에 대해 목소리를 내는 것은 정당한 권리입니다. 팬들의 의견에 귀 기울인 만큼 콘텐츠 창작자로서 발전할 수 있을 것입니다.
팬딩에서 활동하는 다른 크리에이터들을 존중해 주세요. 모든 크리에이터들은 각자 본인의 창작 활동 및 팬 소통에 열과 성을 다하고 있습니다. 과한 경쟁 의식이나 견제는 다른 크리에이터들에게 피해를 줄 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 회원들의 눈살을 찌푸리게 합니다. 비방의 목적으로 타 크리에이터를 직접적 또는 간접적으로 언급하는 행위는 당연히 금지하고 있으며, 불필요한 언급 또한 지양합니다.
모두가 차별 없이 어울릴 수 있는 팬 커뮤니티를 만들어 주세요. 이 곳에 모인 팬들은 모두 나를 좋아하고 응원하는, 같은 마음을 가지고 있습니다. 따라서 불공평이나 소외감을 느끼는 회원이 있어서는 안 됩니다. 공개적인 곳에서 일부 팬들과 눈에 띄게 친분을 과시하거나 특정 회원을 겨냥하는 듯한 발언을 하는 것은 삼가주세요.
또한 팬 회원 분들께 당부 드립니다.
소비한 콘텐츠에 대한 의견을 공유할 때에는, 창작자인 크리에이터를 존중해 주세요. 사람마다 기준이 다르기 때문에 동일한 콘텐츠에 대해서도 느끼는 만족도는 다를 수 있습니다. 서비스 및 상품의 개선을 위한 정당한 피드백은 언제나 환영합니다. 그러나 내가 만족하지 못하였다고 해서 창작자 또는 창작물 자체를 비방해서는 안 됩니다.
뿐만 아니라 다른 팬들의 의견에도 충분히 귀 기울여 주세요. 나에게 자유롭게 표현할 권리가 있듯, 다른 이들 또한 마찬가지입니다. 많은 팬들의 각기 다른 다양한 생각은 크리에이터의 창작 활동 확장 및 개선에 아주 큰 도움이 됩니다. 그러니 나와 다른 의견도 모두 존중해 주세요.
비대면으로 소통하는 온라인 커뮤니티 플랫폼 특성 상 각자의 생각을 표현하는 수단이 한정적이기 때문에 사소한 단어 선택만으로도 오해를 사기 쉽습니다. 게시글을 올리기 전에, 댓글을 달기 전에, 메시지를 보내기 전에 내가 하는 말이 누군가에게 상처가 되지는 않을지 한 번 더 신중하게 생각해 주세요. 날카로운 말과 감정이 앞선 표현보다는, 따뜻한 말과 상대를 배려하는 표현을 부탁 드립니다.

팬딩은 회원들 간의 다툼에 관여하지 않습니다. 커뮤니티 가이드라인, 서비스 이용 약관 등 팬딩의 내부 규정이나 대한민국의 법을 위반하는 회원에 대해서는 원활한 서비스 운영 및 유지를 위해 정도에 따라 알맞은 조치를 취하고 있습니다. 그러나 해당 범위를 벗어난 개인 간의 감정적인 또는 법적인 다툼에 대해서는 해결해야 할 어떠한 책임이나 의무가 없습니다. 해당 커뮤니티 가이드라인을 준수하여 분쟁의 발생을 사전에 예방하시기를 권장 드립니다.
Fanding strives to become a space where creators can freely engage in creative activities based on the warm support of their fans. In order to achieve this goal, we have to a mission to protect all members reliably and create a community that trusts and respects each other. Therefore, Fanding wants to maintain a safer and enjoyable fan community for everyone through the guidelines below.
1. Never disclose your or anyone else's personal information.
Fanding protects members' personal information collected by due process. However, sometimes users directly expose their or other's personal information. An online platform is a public space that anyone can easily access due to the nature of its service. Therefore, it is easy to be exploited for various crimes by malicious users, so never expose any personal information within the service.
It is strictly prohibited to register personal information such as email addresses, mobile phone numbers, account numbers, and home addresses as text or attachments in posts and comments that can be viewed by everyone. It can be exploited for various cybercrimes and can cause damage such as civil and criminal liability in the event of an accident.
If someone posted my personal information without permission, please report it to the Fanding Customer Center immediately.
Even with the consent of the parties, sensitive personal information should not be collected carelessly. Under the Act on Personal Information Protection, the relevant user is a 'personal information controller' when collecting other people's personal information using comments or messages on an online platform. Therefore, if serious infringement such as personal information leakage or fraudulent use is expected, there may be restrictions on the use of the service, such as deleting the information without prior notice according to the Fanding Service Terms and Conditions.
If you process other people's personal information for reasons such as membership operation, demand survey, and reward provision, please check the relevant laws and regulations carefully so that nothing unpleasant will happen.
When you have to collect personal information by inevitably asking for consent from others, you need to take the next minimum action. For more information, please refer to related laws such as the Act on Personal Information Protection.
Never collect sensitive information, such as resident registration numbers and identification cards, but only necessary information
Make clear in advance the items to be collected, the purpose of collection, the period of use, etc
When collecting personal information, explicit consent should be obtained and messages, etc. should be used rather than public comments
Delete the relevant information(comments, messages, files, etc.) immediately when the notified period of use has passed and the purpose of collection has been achieved
2. Be sure to use an account under your name.
It is a serious crime to steal someone else's name and authenticate yourself. If you steal someone else's name and authenticate yourself, you may be punished by related laws such as Articles 37 of the Act on Resident Registration, Articles 314 and 236 of the Act on Criminal. For accounts suspected of stealing someone else's name, step-by-step measures such as reaffirming identity, canceling identity, and suspending the permanent use of the service are taken in accordance with internal standards.
If you find an account suspected of stealing other's name, please report the following to the Fanding Customer Center.
Information that can verify suspected theft accounts(such as the channel address of the relevant user)
Reason for suspected theft and evidence(such as image capture)
Since Fanding is not an investigative agency, it cannot directly solve the problem of name theft. In addition, members' personal information cannot be provided arbitrarily in accordance with the Act on Personal Information Protection and Fanding Privacy policy. However, information is provided only when an investigative agency requests information in a legitimate procedure in accordance with the provisions of the law. If you want to identify or punish a thief, we will inform you to visit a nearby investigative agency and ask for cooperation in the investigation.

Change the password periodically.
Do not share personal information such as passwords with others.
In an open environment, pay attention to the creation and use of personal information, and make sure to delete and log out after use.
Use the name theft verification service.
All activities that constitute account transactions are prohibited. In particular, providing an account that has been identified as an adult through an identity authentication process to a person who has not been identified as an adult is a serious violation of related laws such as Article 16 of the Act on Youth Protection and Article 42 paragraph 2 of the Act on Information and Communication Network. According to Article 314 of the Act on Criminal and Article 6 paragraph 3 of the Act on Electronic Financial Transactions, Fanding is monitoring accounts suspected of transaction conditions through access information, and will respond firmly to sellers, buyers(lenders), including criminal charges and civil damages.
Account sharing is also included in account transactions. Account sharing refers to the act of sharing access to content by multiple people with a single ID. Fanding prohibits the act of "transacting" accounts, as well as "sharing" them. Records of simultaneous access are automatically accumulated through the internal system, and if the records are verified more than four times, the ID can be blocked without prior notice.
Limit the number of devices that can play video per Fanding account(the number of device registrations) to two.
If you wish to change the registered device due to reasons such as cell phone changes, please contact the Fanding Customer Center to help you do so only once a year.
The first two devices to register will be automatically registered upon login.
All responsibility for any legal punishment or financial damage caused by negligence of account management and fraudulent use rests solely with the members themselves.
3. Do not infringe on the rights of others.
Fanding expects more users to continue their enjoyable creative activities and fan community activities through our services, and respects and supports freedom of expression. However, if an individual's remarks through services on the platform(posts, comments, messages, etc.) damage the reputation of others or infringe on portrait rights and privacy, measures or temporary measures shall be taken in accordance with Article 44 of the Act on Information and Communication Network and Article 14 of the Fanding Service Terms and Conditions - General Member.
In all of the following cases, it is strictly prohibited as an act that violates the rights of others, and as soon as it is caught, it is taken accordingly.
The act of defaming another person by stating facts or false facts
The act of disparaging, slandering, disrespecting, and insulting others
The act of causing damage to another person's name, status, social status, personality, etc
Cyber Sexual Violence
Cyberstalking
The act of leaking other person's personal information, such as address, personal e-mail address, personal phone number, and bank account information
Other acts that are likely to violate relevant laws and regulations
If you find an act or post that violates the rights of yourself or others, please report it to the Fanding Customer Center immediately.
Fanding always supports creators' free creative activities. However, this must be within the scope of not infringing on all intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights. As an online service provider, Fanding is obligated to immediately suspend the reproduction and transmission of works that infringe on the copyright of others pursuant to Article 103 of the Act on Copyright and to notify the rightful owner and the copy/transmitter thereof.
In all of the following cases, it may be determined that copyright infringement is possible, and when caught, measures or temporary measures may be taken in accordance with Articles 14 and 25 of the Fanding Service Terms and Conditions.
If the work is brought without the permission of the original author
Where the original and the original author reprint or distribute part or all of the works that are obvious without permission
In the case of illegally sharing files such as novels, cartoons, movies, broadcasts, sound sources, etc., or sharing methods of acquiring them
Where information on illegal copying and program installation recommendations and sales is included
In the case of unauthorized infringement of the rights of others, such as copyright, trademark rights, and design rights
If you find content that violates the copyright and intellectual property rights of yourself or others, please report it to the Fanding Customer Center immediately.
Fanding is a simple content transaction brokerage platform that cannot legally judge the illegality of rights infringement and whether it is fragmented. In the case of the measures or temporary measures above, they are only applied within the scope of our service, and there is no responsibility or obligation to respond to additional measures requested by individuals(such as civil and criminal legal measures, measures for content leaked to external platforms). Subsequent procedures are all subject to agreement between the parties or legal cooperation requests, recommendations, and judgments from related investigative, arbitration, and judicial institutions.
4. Practice mutual respect, and create a healthy fan community culture.
Fanding hopes that our platform will be a fun, safe, and warm space for all service users who enjoy fandom culture. And we are always trying to have a system for that. However, we can never complete it without your cooperation and help.
Therefore, we would like to ask our creator members.
When sharing creative activities, be sure to adhere to Content policy. Content policy is the most fundamental rule that must be followed to ensure safe and sound service operation and maintenance. Fanding supports creators' free creative activities, but this is limited to the extent that it does not inconvenience other users.
Please do your best to repay the fans' interest and support. Under the Fanding Service Terms and Conditions, creators are obligated to faithfully fulfill their payment agreements. However, why not be grateful for the fans' love and support for you, rather than just fulfilling the contract and providing the content?
Please accept fans' diverse opinions with an open mind. Although they have a special characteristic in that they come from affection, they are serious consumers. As a consumer, it is a legitimate right to speak out about an unsatisfactory service or product. As much as you listen to your fans, you will be able to develop as a content creator.
Please respect other creators who work in Fanding. All creators are devoted to their creative activities and fan communication. Excessive competition or checks can not only harm other creators, but also raise eyebrows among members. Direct or indirect reference to other creators for slanderous purposes is of course prohibited, and unnecessary comments are also sublated.
Please create a fan community where everyone can socialize without discrimination. All the fans here like and support you. Therefore, no members should feel unfair or alienated. Please refrain from showing off your friendship with some fans in public or making comments that seem aimed at a particular member.
Also, we would like to ask our fan members.
Please respect the creator, when sharing your opinion on the contents you consume. Even with the same content, satisfaction may vary because different people have different standards. Fair feedback on improving services or products is always welcome. However, you should not slander the creator or the creation itself just because you are not satisfied.
In addition, please fully listen to other fans' opinions. Just as you have the right to express yourself freely, so do others. Many fans' different ideas greatly help creators expand and improve their creative activities. So please respect all the different opinions.
Due to the nature of online community platforms that communicate non-face-to-face, the means of expressing their thoughts is limited, so it is easy to be misunderstood even by small choice of words. Before posting a post, before posting a comment, before sending a message, please think carefully if what you say will hurt someone. Rather than expressing sharp words and emotions in advance, we ask for warm words and caring expressions for others.
Please create a fan community where everyone can socialize without discrimination. The fans who gather here all like and support their creators. Therefore, there should be no members who feel unfair or marginalized. Please refrain from showing off your friendship with creators or some other fans in public, or making comments that seem aimed at a particular member.
Fanding is not involved in disputes among members. For members who violate Fanding's internal regulations, such as community guidelines and terms and conditions of service use, or the laws of the Republic of Korea, appropriate measures are taken according to their degree to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of the service. However, there is no responsibility or obligation to resolve any emotional or legal disputes between individuals outside of their scope. We recommend that you follow the applicable community guidelines to prevent disputes from occurring in advance.
