Why is the lottery block displayed at the bottom of the product page?
Can I run another lottery for the same product after a campaign ends?

No, this is not possible.

Only one lottery can be created per product.

Can I run a lottery for a specific variant only?

Yes, this is possible.

In this case, please select only the desired variant under Target Product on the campaign creation page.

Can I accept lottery entries for multiple variants in a single campaign?

Due to the app specifications, each product variant is treated as a separate lottery.

Therefore, it is not possible to accept lottery entries for multiple variants within a single campaign.

Please create a separate campaign for each variant.

Can I filter or search applicants?

Yes, you can filter applicants using the search box on the campaign details page.

Currently, you can filter using the following criteria:

  • Name (partial match with 2 or more characters)

  • Email address (exact match)

  • Application number (exact match)

Can I customize the lottery conditions to prioritize specific applicants?

We’re sorry, but Raffle 315 does not support customizing lottery conditions.

Currently, winners can only be selected either randomly or manually.

Can I change the number of winners after creating a campaign?

Yes, you can change the number of winners after the lottery entry period has ended.

Please note that you cannot change the number of winners while the lottery entry period is still open.

Can I export the list of winners and non-winners?

Yes, you can export the campaign entry data from “Campaign Management” > “CSV Download.”

For more details, please refer to the following page.

Can I delete a campaign after creating it?

You can delete a campaign only when its status is “Before Acceptance” or “Accepting Applications.”

Please note that campaigns with the status “Closed” cannot be deleted.

Why can customers purchase lottery products as regular products?

Due to Shopify’s limitations, the app hides the “Add to cart” button to prevent purchases. However, depending on the theme or browser tools, customers may still be able to purchase.

To prevent this, we recommend:

  • Remove the “Add to cart” button using a dedicated product template

    (See: Help page)

  • Remove the product from the shipping profile during the lottery period and add it back after it ends
