The items that meet all of the following can be listed for sale.
The item is new, unused, and unopened

The product itself and its accessories are not stained or damaged
All accessories are included
*Bag for storing accessories are not considered to be required accessories
Specific POP MART products may be listed as "Used.”
*Excludes prohibited items.
When listing a used item, selecting the product condition and providing clear product images and additional details is required.
We will confirm that the product is an exact match with the provided images and listing details.
*If the item is from a blind box, please open the inner bag and upload photos that clearly show the condition of the actual item.
*Please note that the standards for authentication and inspection may vary depending on the provided information (as stated above).
Please select the correct information for the item(s) you are selling, including the item(s) and size.
Incorrect listing information may result in cancellation of the transaction and a cancellation fee (10% of the price) may be charged.

The items that are treated as accessories to a transaction will differ depending on how you list the item.
Please list your items in a way that satisfies the accessory requirements listed below.
*There may be exceptions to the requirements depending on the sales channel or the product itself
Package (presentation box)
*If the item is packaged in a box at the time of sale, the box condition will also be checked during quality inspection as the box is considered part of the item as well.
*Minor scratches and stains that may occur when displaying items at a retail store are considered within the criteria for all listing methods, so items in such condition may be listed as brand-new items as well.
*However, should the damage be extensive enough to detract from the design of the item itself, such condition may be considered to be outside our standards for brand-new items, so please choose the listing method that matches the condition of the item.
Accessories that are included at the time of primary distribution
*This does not include items under the "not required" section.
Stickers *These are necessary for Beyblade items
Store bags, store stickers and patches
Streetwear brand manufacturer tag
Bearbrick external box (Dedicated cardboard box)
Delivery slips, receipts, etc.
Fixtures that are not included at the time of primary distribution, such as certificates of authenticity etc.
Items that fall under the novelty item scope
Example: Tote bags that are included only with purchases from certain retailers, etc.
Accessories included in the listing images and listing information
*Excluding those specified as “Accessories not required for listing”.
Objects used as props during product photography will be considered as included accessories only if they are mentioned in the product details or the accessories section.
Example: Bands used to conceal personal information.
Even if included in the listing images or listing information, the following accessories are not considered as included accessories:
・Stickers, store bags, shop stickers, patches
・Delivery slips, receipts, etc. (These are excluded from accessories even if the item is used in this category)
・Items considered as promotional goods (novelties)
Example: Tote bags included only when purchased at some retailers.
Depending on the country of distribution, the language displayed on an item packaging may differ; however, all versions of a specific item are handled as being the same product (regardless of the language on the packaging).
For this reason, please be advised that even if the language on the actual package differs from the one shown in the product images, we do not accept requests to specify the language, nor do we accept requests for returns or exchanges for said reason.
POP MART products can be listed as “New(Brand-new)” items.
In addition to listing as an assortment box or individual unopened boxes (pieces), you may also list items individually based on the specific character or type.

*When listing an item individually, please open the box and ensure you list it on the product page that matches the character/type card included.
Minor box damage occurring during storage is generally considered within our quality standards. However, if there is significant damage, such as large tears like those shown in the images below, we may ask the buyer to confirm whether they wish to proceed with the transaction.
Regarding the inner bags of items listed individually
The type of inner bag containing the product itself may vary depending on the series and the release date.
If you are listing an item whose inner bag is not a drawstring type, please note the following:
The item should be listed with the inner bag unopened.
During the authentication process, we will open the inner bag to inspect and authenticate the item itself.
Any items previously purchased on SNKRDUNK must be listed as "Used" for any subsequent resales, as the inner bags are opened during our inspection process.
Regarding Shrink-wrap
For specific products, the shrink-wrap may be removed during the authentication process.
*Items subject to this policy will include a disclaimer on their listing page stating that the shrink-wrap will be opened

・The inner bag containing the main product has been opened
*Items with unopened inner bags cannot be listed as used, as we need to inspect the condition and authenticate the actual product.

Items with stains, deformation or discoloration
Items with missing accessories
Items that are stained by insects

SNKRDUNK is committed to eliminating the distribution of counterfeit products.
A violation fee (50% of the total sales price) will be charged for highly malicious sales, such as items that are judged to be counterfeit or items that have been previously identified as counterfeit (or banned) and then re-listed.
