We cannot accept cancellation requests because two items in the same style code were purchased.
Items listed on our platform are listed by individual sellers, which means that an item cannot be purchased twice by mistake. If you have two transactions with the same item model on your account, it means that you purchased two separate, unique items.
Please also note that, on SNKRDUNK, payments can only be completed by user input.
For this reason, all purchases are considered to have been intentional and confirmed before proceeding with the payment.
Please check carefully whether you already have an active transaction on your account before proceeding with purchasing an item again.
