I did not receive a confirmation email

If you did not receive a registration confirmation email or other emails from SNKRDUNK, please check the points below.

Please check your spam/junk folder.

If you have specified the domain name in your spam mail settings, please whitelist the snkrdunk.com domain.

You can check your registered email address easily via the SNKRDUNK App.

  1. Account > Email

If the email address is incorrect, please enter the correct email address and tap "Send Confirmation Email".

If you are not receiving email confirmations (other than registration confirmation emails) and you are using the app version of SNKRDUNK, you will also receive notifications when there are updates in your listings or transactions.

We suggest turning on push notifications from our app so that you won't miss out on transaction updates.

*If you are using the browser version of our website, kindly note that you will not receive notifications from the website, so we suggest downloading the app in order to receive notifications other than email updates.

If you wish to check whether you received a message via transaction chat but cannot locate it, please refer to the following steps in order to check messages about your purchases or sold items:

- Open the SNKRDUNK app, and go to the "Account" tab;

- Under your username, tap on “Buying” or "Selling", then tap on the relevant transaction;

- Tap on "Check the Progress" in the lower part of the screen.
