I did not receive my package
Please note this guide is for items shipped with FedEx.
For customers residing in the USA and Canada:
FedEx delivers all items under 500 USD to the USA and Canada in a matter where the package is left in front of the door (i.e. “safe drop”).
When we ship an item, we will always provide you with a tracking number. We ask that you check the shipping status of your package as soon as possible after it is shipped and pick up the package as soon as delivery is completed.

Please note SNKRDUNK is not responsible for missing packages. If you did not receive your package even though it has been marked as “delivered” to the registered address on the FedEx tracking page, please contact FedEx directly for assistance.
