Refunds
If one of the items in your cart order gets cancelled for any reason, rest assured that you will receive a refund for the individual item price including the shipping fees for that specific item.
*Please note that, if you applied a coupon to your cart order, any applicable refunds will be issued once the remaining items in the cart order have passed authentication.
Customs Duties and Taxes
If one of the items in your cart order is cancelled for any reason, duties and taxes may be refunded if you are from the United States, Canada, Singapore, Australia, or New Zealand, as our systems calculates them so that they are included in the purchase price.
・Duties will be completely refunded if the total price of the items in your cart order before partial cancellation exceeded the price threshold above which customs duties are included;
・Taxes will be partially refunded (only for the item that was cancelled);
・Other duties related fees may be refunded or not depending on the regulations in your country.
*Taxes (e.g. GST, sales tax or other applicable consumption taxes) are charged regardless of the payment amount
*Taxes (e.g. GST, sales tax or other applicable consumption taxes) are calculated based on the total payment amount including shipping fees and purchase fees (minus any discount amount obtained by applying a coupon)
*About customs duties, additional processing fees may be charged regardless of the above thresholds (merchandising processing fees, entry transaction fees etc.)
Please note that if you are not located in either of the countries mentioned above, customs duties and taxes may be charged after shipment, as at the time of purchase confirmation duties and taxes will be displayed as "Pay at the door".
If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged duties and/or taxes at the time of purchase, so no duties and/or taxes amount will be refunded.
