What price do I declare to customs?

For buyers

If customs ask you to declare the price of your item, please provide the purchase price of the item.

You can check the purchase price of your item by following the steps below.

1. Log in > Tap on "Account"

2. Tap on “Buying” > Select the relevant item

3. The purchase price is displayed at "Price"

*If a coupon was applied to the purchase, the amount entered on the commercial invoice is the one before the coupon discount is applied

In addition, please follow the instructions from your local customs office and provide the necessary documents.

For sellers (outside of Singapore)

If customs ask you to declare the price of your item, please provide the listing price of the item.

You can check the listing price of your item by following the steps below.

1. Log in > "Account"

2. "Selling" > "Processing" > Select the relevant item

3. The price is displayed as "Listing price"

Please follow the instructions from your local customs office and provide the necessary documents.
