How do I get a refund?
In the unlikely event that the transaction is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, the
credit/debit card payment will also be automatically canceled.
*If the transaction is canceled due to the seller's circumstance, any coupon used at the time of purchase will be returned to your account.
Please note that it may take some time for the cancelation to be reflected.
*If you use a debit card, please note the refund timing is depending on the financial institution (e.g. bank)

If you used a credit card on this purchase → Please contact the credit card company regarding the cancellation.
If you used a debit card on this purchase → Please contact the financial institution you use regarding the refund timing.
If you use a PayPal payment, the item amount will be refunded to the card or bank account registered on PayPal.
Once the payment is canceled, please allow some time for the refund to be reflected on your
PayPal account.
Please note the refund timing is decided by PayPal and not by SNKRDUNK.
Since we do not know the refund timing, please contact PayPal directly in regards to the refund.
