Are there specific requirements for shipping carriers?
There are no specific requirements for shipping carriers when shipping your item.
Please note that we require a tracking number to be entered at the time of shipment, as delivery problems may occur.
Please be sure to take note of the tracking number and provide it to us at the time of shipment.
If you have difficulty entering the tracking number due to reasons such as loss of the shipping slip, please contact us with the name of the shipping courier along with the shipping date and time of the package.
If shipping cannot be completed by the shipping deadline due to an unknown tracking number, or if it takes time to locate the item due to an error in the tracking number entered at the time of shipment, the transaction may be canceled at the buyer's request. Please understand this in advance.
*The seller is responsible for shipping fee when shipping the item to our Authentication Center.
*You cannot bring your item directly to our Authentication Center. Please be sure to arrange for a shipping carrier to ship your item.

Our system is designed to allow you to schedule a FedEx pickup through the SNKRDUNK app.
Sellers must book a pickup schedule through this system and we do not allow shipping by any other method as a general rule.
