Packing and Shipping Guidelines

SNKRDUNK has established shipping and packaging guidelines to ensure a smooth transaction process. Shipping and packing that are not in accordance with the guidelines may result in a delay in the completion of the transaction, or the cancellation of the transaction depending on the circumstances. To prevent possible problems, please check these guidelines before proceeding with the shipping and packing of your item.

Please ship your item using prepaid shipping. Sellers are responsible for the shipping costs when shipping their items to SNKRDUNK.

Shipping fees are deducted from the payout (sale proceeds) of the transaction.

Once the transaction is started, a shipping label from our partner courier FedEx will be provided to you.

Fees will apply based on FedEx’s rates for your country of residence.

How to check shipping fees

  2. Tap In Progress/Completed/Listing

  3. Tap on the relevant transaction

  4. Scroll down the screen and check the amount of shipping fee on your Transaction/Listing statement.

SNKRDUNK has guidelines for the condition of its items in Guidelines for listing items for sale, and only items that meet these guideline standards are delivered to the buyer.

If the condition of an item fails to meet the above guidelines, even if the item was damaged or stained during shipping, we will cancel the transaction.

Please check the guidelines carefully and ship your item using the appropriate packing method.

Transactions will be canceled if the condition of the item does not meet the our guideline standards, even if the item was damaged or stained during shipping.

To prevent shipping damage, please use cardboard boxes and pack your items with cushioning material (papers, bubble wrap, etcetera.) to fill in any gaps inside the cardboard boxes.

Inside the package, please include a sticky note or piece of paper with the transaction ID written on it so that we can identify the corresponding transaction smoothly.

Sellers in Singapore may ship multiple items together if there are multiple transactions.

*You cannot bring your item directly to our authentication center. Please be sure to arrange for a shipping carrier to ship your item.

*Please enter the number assigned to each transaction (transaction ID) in the ◯◯ area.

We ask for your cooperation in scheduling shipments to arrive on weekdays, as packages cannot be picked up at the Authentication Center on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

In order to ensure all transactions proceed as smoothly as possible, we require all sellers to ship their items within the shipping deadline.

Example when selecting “Within 3 days” for shipping days:

If your item is sold on January 1st, 0:01 a.m., the shipping deadline would be January 4th, 0:01 a.m.

If you are unable to ship your item by the shipping deadline, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can confirm with the buyer whether or not they are willing to continue with the transaction.

To prevent transaction delays and problems, we ask for your cooperation in checking Prohibited behaviors and precautions for packing and shipping and entering the correct registered information on the shipping label. *Failure to follow the shipping guidelines may result in penalties or usage restrictions on your account.

Items that arrive at our authentication center with a different tracking number than the one you provided at the time of shipment cannot be linked or processed to their respective transactions, even if you have written your registered SNKRDUNK information on the shipping label. In the unlikely event that an item arrives with a different tracking number, we will contact you via the transaction chat and ask that you provide us with the correct tracking number that was used for the shipment. If you have multiple transactions in progress, please make sure that you do not mix up the tracking numbers between transactions. *If you do not respond to our message, we will not be able to link or process the received items to their respective transactions.

If you do not notify us of the shipment in the relevant transaction chat, we will not be able to link or process the arrived item to its respective transaction because the tracking number is unknown.

Please be sure to notify us from "Listing” > Tap the banner of the relevant item > “Enter shipping information” as soon as the shipment is completed.

If an item arrives without a shipping notification, we will contact you via the transaction chat messages and ask that you provide us with the tracking number that was used for the shipment. *If you do not respond to our message, we will not be able to link or process the received items to their respective transactions. *If a transaction is canceled, a cancellation fee will be charged.

If the number of items arrived at our authentication center is fewer than the number declared with the associated tracking number, we will contact you via transaction chat message. Please check to see if you have any of the missing items on hand that may have been left out of the shipment. Even if you are able to reship the item, we will cancel the transaction if the buyer wishes to do so since it will take more time to complete the transaction.

*If the transaction is canceled, a cancellation fee will be charged.

If the number of items arrived at our authentication center is more than the number declared with the associated tracking number, the excess items will be sent back to the seller (seller covering the shipping cost).

Please refrain from shipping any item to us before a transaction has been established, as we strictly prohibit such shipments.

As stated in Prohibited behaviors and precautions for packing and shipping , we prohibit shipments from addresses and names other than the one registered with SNKRDUNK.

If an item is shipped to SNKRDUNK directly from its purchasing source, it will not be properly linked to its transaction due to a lack of information. Please do not ship the package with information that is different from your registered address and name, as it is strictly prohibited.

*We consider direct shipping from the purchasing source a very serious matter and may restrict the seller's account usage if such an act is discovered.

We ask that you use prepaid shipping when shipping your item to SNKRDUNK (sellers are responsible for the shipping costs).

If an item arrives at SNKRDUNK with an unpaid shipping fee, we will contact you via the transaction chat message with a notification of receipt and charge you for the incurred shipping costs.

If you do not accept the payment, we will restrict your usage of our service.

If a transaction is canceled and the item is sent back to the seller, the sellers are responsible for any incurred customs duties/tax.
