I am an Artist Plan user that is paying via PayPal, how can I upgrade to the other Artist Plans?

As SOUNDRAW no longer supports new subscriptions via PayPal, if you are under our Artist Plan and still paying via this payment method, you'll have to cancel your subscription if you wish to upgrade (for more information on our plans, click here). 

In order to do so, first, navigate to your Account page, and cancel your subscription there. Once you do that, you can either let the subscription run its course until the end (and enjoy if fully), upgrading only at the end of the billing cycle. This can be done at the moment when your subscription would renew. Just pick the new plan at the moment, and enjoy it!

 

However, if you want immediate access to the features of the new plan, after cancelling, instead you'll have to reach out to us via our support channel so we can terminate your license on our end. Upon receiving confirmation from our support team that this process has been completed, you are free to resubscribe to SOUNDRAW in any chosen plan using the same email address.
