To create and manage manuals with VideoStep, you need to create a VideoStep account and log in.
This section explains how to register an account via a web browser.
You can register an account by following the steps below:
An administrator sends you an invitation email.
After receiving the email, click the link included in the message.
*If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
You will be directed to a page to set your email address and password.
Register your username to complete the account setup.
When invited by an administrator, you will receive an invitation email.
Click the link in the email to access the account registration page.
On the registration screen, set your email address and password.
It is also possible to register using your Google account.
1. Click your name in the top right corner of the home screen.
2. Click “Account Settings.”
3. Select the “Profile” tab on the left side to change your photo and name.
4. To change your profile photo, click “Upload New Photo” and upload an image.
5. To change the display language within your workspace to English, select “Language Settings” on the left.
1. You can log in to VideoStep using either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Search for “VideoStep” in your browser and click the official service site.
2. The login screen will be displayed. Enter your registered email address and password to log in.
Click your profile in the upper right corner of the VideoStep home screen and select “Log Out.”
1. On the VideoStep login screen, click “Forgot your password?” at the bottom.
2. Enter your registered email address and click “Send.”
3. A password reset link will be sent to your email address.
4. Click the “Password Reset Link” in the email.
5. A password reset screen will appear—enter a new password there to complete the reset.
